When I download emails, it indicates that it y 3 of 65, but when I get to the third party that it jams and stop the rest: alert. How can I see which e-mail is causing the problem?

Each message #3 or #4, (if it is one that does not completely download), is damaged, or too big. The simplest solution is to connect to your e-mail server Webmail site and delete the problem message it.

You can also try a message rule.

Where the message size is size
Delete server
Click on size and set it for about 500 KB.
Click here: apply now.

Return to the Inbox, and then click send/receive. This should get rid of the message.

Don't forget to go back to the rules of Message and either delete the rule, or uncheck it if you use it in the future.
