When I go (control panel), and then (add or remove programs) I click on (change or remove programs) nothing happens. No list of programs don't come, how can I fix it? I need my installation disc or is there a troubleshooting somewhere in the help text.

  5. What is the resolution on your computer?

  If you have installed a codec on your computer the I suggest you to uninstall the codec.

  You don't say which edition of Vista you are using.

  Vista Home Basic Edition does not have the "snipping tool".

  With the help of worms 22.0, Win7 x 64. I have not had any problems until yesterday, where I had a power failure. On reboot, everything in FF loading slow as balls. SpeedTest ran OK, showing no difference in rates of UL/DL, but I have to click it twice to get it to load, sometimes more. Clicking it once a few results in a blank page, nothing appearing during up to one minute. It is yet to expire, no error message. If I click on new or F5, it instantly loads the page.

  Hi I have just solved this problem by going to Java Virtual Machine Launcher poster, "Unable to access c ... . and from there to the MP3 Rocket help site and the connection. From there on, I was able to download MP3 Rocket Pro, but I've changed where I put it, I created a new thing entirely next folder that I knew I had the program back and working again. I did it without having to go through the default programs bit. Give it a try. It is simple and easy. Sometimes I think that we have an overload of information and I found happened to me.
