  I have no idea how this started happening, but am sure it is a scenery and I can't seem to figure it out, to ask for help on this. I noticed that when I placed a portrait of the image in my InDesign file, I get a horizontal framework when I place the file. I'm click-and - drag the file when I place and that's what happening (screenshot below). When I click to place without slipping, weather and the container is the exact shape that image, which is what I want.

  I think that this is a problem with how the image data are turned into the camera. Try to open one of these images in Photoshop and he re-record as .psd and see if that makes a difference.

  Is - this windows or Mac?

  Also an update on the version of Ms Office installed on your system.

  Do you feel it work with all the PDF' or a specific?

  If you are using windows, try to repair Acrobat once and then see if that solves the problem.

  Also, check the latest updates installed on your computer.

  Launch Acrobat > navigate to help > check for updates.

  Please, try the two steps and see if that fixes the problem.

• I burned a dvd using windows dvd creation, when I watch it, after the first 20 minutes, that the image becomes almost black and white with pink exaggeratted shadows. WHY?

  I am compiling my football teams game film.  I created a dvd using Windows DVD Maker.  Each game is a single video file to AVI format.  When I preview the video, no problem. After having carved, (2 trials) when I watch the DVD, the menu screens look good, the video of the first part looks fine, but from second game, or of the stage, the video quality changes.  The video becomes almost black and white.  The shadows and the highlights of the video seem to be exaggerated and that they are pink color.  It seems to be an effect of video editing, but I did no changes to the video features.  Help.

  Right-click on an empty space on your desktop

  Select customization

  Select display

  Change the display settings according to your specifications

  Click on apply, Ok

  Start > right click on computer

  Select manage

  Select Device Manager

  Click on the + sign next to the graphics card

  Right-click on the driver and select uninstall

  Close Device Manager

  Restart the computer

  Windows will reinstall the drivers

  Go to the manufacturer's website and search for updated drivers

  If you need additional help, after return from the graphics card listed in Device Manager

When I opened my e-mail via Firefox account, the text is so tiny that you can't read the headers or any other text on the page. The home page is fine to explore and firefox. The size of the text of the e-mail is Arial12. When you view the settings in Firefox, all parameters are identical to the Explorer. It just happened two days ago.   I converted a PowerPoint document in PDF format. The PowerPoint includes images (GIF, JPEG). When I move my cursor over the image in the PDF I created, I see the path to the file C:\User\User Name\Photo\File Name.JPG.

  Is there a setting in the PDF file that I can "unselect" so I do not see the path of the file when I hover over the images?
