Despite more Firefox and Flash directions, Firefox can't read videos from YouTube, Hulu, etc.. They not only never load or load and freeze a few seconds. Before I got the latest versions of Firefox and Flash, I did not have this problem. So there must be a problem in one or two of them. Since from different sites, I understand that it is a widespread problem, can Firefox fix this? This is a major gap in the latest version of Firefox.
Please read the article from the link below:
11.3 flash does not load video in Firefox -
This just started today. (I believe that yesterday there was an 8.1 automatic Windows Update when I shutdown - don't know if that is related.) Anyway, when I click on a video VIMEO - video VIMEO ALL - everything I get is video (photo), but no sound.
If I go to the same link in Internet Explorer, the same VIMEO video and audio play perfectly.
Videos from other sites, Youtube, etc all work seamlessly in a browser.
Simple solutions for this fix?
I use a desktop computer Dell XPS 8700 relatively new with Windows 8.1.
Nevermind - I just ran an update of Firefox, and that seems to fix the problem.

Impossible to play videos from YouTube!
From today, I can no longer play YouTube videos in my Safari browser. When I open a page on YouTube, I get this error message: "your browser does not currently recognize the video formats available.» I don't have Flash installed and I use the extension ClickToPlugin, but these have not caused any problems before.
I'm running OS X with Safari 9.0.3 10.11.3. All extensions are up-to-date. I use also the browser Chrome on my Mac, and YouTube videos play fine.
Any thoughts?
1 safari > Preferences > Extensions
Select extensions, uncheck 'Enable the Extension' and test.
Enable the Extensions one by one and test.
To uninstall any extension, select it and click the "Uninstall" button
2 remove the Cookies and test them.
Safari > Preferences > privacy > Cookies and other data from the website:
Click on the button "Details".
Delete all cookies except those from Apple, your internet service provider and the banks.

Can't play videos from YouTube on Surface?
I may be wrong, but I was under the impression that IE10 has integrated Adobe Flash Player. Still no YouTube videos won't play?
Turns out Flash never played well with my SurfaceRT. Until Microsoft turned their autour policy to allow all-out happy to play under IE10 Flash.
Now, I'm a happy camper!

I use a mac pro 2x3GHz. I don't know what I did, but since a few days I was not able to play videos from web sites like youtube. Can you help me?
Hello joebat,
It seems that some of your plugins (Shockwave Flash 10.1 r102) might be buggy or obsolete. To check for updates, please visit the plugincheck page. If this does not resolve the problem, try to start Firefox with the disabled modules and see if it helps at all. If so, delete the Shockwave Flash plugin and maybe reinstall or uninstall Firefox and do a new clean install.
If that is not yet solved the problem, try the following troubleshooting steps: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-mac.htmlThank you for your patience and please let me know how it goes.

After the upgrade to the latest version 13.0.1
I can't open videos from youtube and other sites
I tried all the solutions, but none works
I would also consider the following. Recent crashes of some multimedia content (this includes the Youtube videos, some flash games and other applications), in collaboration with Firefox 13 are probably caused by a recent update of Flash 11.3 and/or Real Player browser plugin to malfunction.
To resolve this problem, follow the steps in these articles in the Knowledge Base:
Flash Plugin - maintain and troubleshoot
Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - avoid that it happen
11.3 Flash does not load video in Firefox

When I export a photo from lightroom, the image is very pixelated.
When I export a photo from lightroom, the image is very pixelated. This Burr occurs regardless of whether I do adjustments in Lightroom. It seems that place just the photo in it develop modual without doing anything to it taints the image in such a way that when it is exported from the modual develop the export pixelated fate.
There is a radical difference between these two images. Incredibly, export of Lightroom has been shrunk down so it has fewer pixels. This means that if you try to display them on a similar screen size, you will need to expand by zoom. Really just, which increases the size of the pixels, so pixilization. He looks exactly like its original size. I think you should just turn off the Image resizing option (uncheck the Resize to fit) in your export settings to get the quality you are looking for.

I have been using real player for some time and was able to download youtube videos. My real player has all-of-a-sudden started download videos from youtube in mp4. No flv as previously. How can I fix it?
Real Player download all videos in mp4, it depends on the video that you download.
To me, it seems as Real Downloader download videos in mp4 more often rather than a flv. recent files. If the video you downloaded is a mp4 file you can still play it in another media player like Windows Media Player, but for me, most downloaded with Real Downloader mp4 files have no sound when played in Windows Media Player. As you probably know, you can buy Real Player Plus for read, trim or convert mp4 files in RealPlayer. If my guess is that it's way to Real to get people to buy Real Player Plus. Or maybe not, I had this same problem and I don't know what the cause is at the present time. -
No noise in videos from YouTube in FireFox
I beat Firefox for the last 6 weeks or so, try to get it to play YT videos. First, he would not play at all, until I turned off Realplayer. Then, he played very well for almost 2 weeks, but then he stopped playing sound. All videos are silent on YouTube, and I can't turn them on. Other browsers have no problem playing videos YT and FF can play videos from other sites.
I went through all the troubleshooting steps I can find. I scoured my computer to remove every vestige of Adobe Flash and Adobe Air, and then re-installed. I deleted my FF cookies and cache. I still don't have sound in YT.
I use Firefox on Windows 7 14.0.1 (64) with 8 GB of RAM.

Download videos from youtube site.
I am trying to download videos from youtube on my husband's Web site (not still alive - when will be ready
videos on site!) but we can't get anywhere because of the HTML. I@m trying to convert text via "coffecup.
but am finding the process difficult to understand! (I'm still very green round the gills re IT is important!)
There must be a simple way to go about this?
Glancing again "coffecup', that I realized the HTML editor is a separate entity and must be purchased - duh!
I also tried using HTTrack. Complicated.
Thanks for your reply.
(1) all the same old HTML appeared on my Web page
(2) I had to download an etc. for Babylon toolbar - which I'm having a devil of
work to get rid of!
(3) AND if you want all the help "Dave" in 2 days, you have to pay for it, the waiting may extend the MONTH and, possibly,
You can never get an answer to everything!
(1) you must add this code to the basic html view. If coffeecup has one, ask on the forums for help:http://www.coffeecup.com/forums/
(2) you have no need to do so, just follow the instructions is all it takes.
(3) do not ask for help. Just follow the article.

cannot play videos from facebook
I have Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit), Internet Explorer 9 on a HP G60 laptop. I also have Flash Player 11.1.102.63. When I click on play on a facebook video, the video disappears and leaves a white spot. I tried MicrosoftFixit.IEAddon.Run.exe and MicrosoftFixit.Codec.Run.exe. They have not helped. I can play videos on youtube without any problem.

Can I use a font that comes with a subscription to Adobe first Pro CC to make a video intro with Adobe first Pro CC, for use in videos from Youtube that will be monetized?
If so, I'll be able to continue to use this intro for these purposes, if I decide to leave the subscription?
I looked this info on the EULA for Adobe fonts and the font itself, but the information was not conclusive.
Thank you!
Licensing - in particular for fonts - is always a big pain - and even if you have a lawyer paid handsomely on the case, it is always a challenge to navigate in all licenses of the difference and the different situations.
In reality, the chances of trouble to use a font Adobe provides as part of the suite Creative Cloud is little or none - even if it's TECHNICALLY in a kind of fine print.
However if you are doing a project where you must provide tangible evidence that everything is legally more High Council (which you have to do a lot of time for projects that are funded for example the Government), then things can become difficult.
In the case of Myriad Pro - even though the creative cloud agreement specifically lists the fonts in the list of the restricted fonts - you can always register Myriad Pro through Adobe's Typekit service (see: Myriad Pro |) Typekit) so that circumvents this problem.
My advice - if you need evidence that the fonts of your use of any good - then I would contact Adobe directly, in order to have their response in writing. See: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
If you are just doing a personal project, and you put the work on YouTube (even if you get advertising revenue as part of the YouTube partner program), and then the case to get into any kind of trouble because of policies is VERY thin - but if you want to play it is really safe, it is best to do your research , and make sure you have something in writing say that everything is perfect.
If in doubt - talk to a lawyer, because they will be able to do a risk assessment appropriate - even if it is somewhat a grey area.
We had similar issues trying to license of Adobe Stock content - a few clauses in the agreement that is very unfortunate entertainment lawyers.
