To achieve the effect that you are looking for (and assuming you own Flash), you could create a panoramic interactive scrolling effect in this application and then insert this as an animation / animation slide in Adobe Captivate.

Which records an image of the page in a temporary storage. I can then use Ctrl-V to paste a picture of the page into a word-processing document. Seems to work very well. And I can use scale font size on the bottom of my Microsoft Word page to enlarge for better readability.
