• 2-axis... 1 switch House? Find reference

  I use a card of e/s NOR-7330 movement, to which it is a Council of I/O UMI 7764 motion. This card is used for the stepper motors closed loop. Currently, I am trying to write a VI that, for each axis, turn each screw lead until running personalties on the screw in the switch to home and once they make the position can be reset to a value of knowledge, basically reseting this House switch in a position of reference / reference. The goal is to get away with just using 1 switch House, for 2 axes, is it still possible? Is it safe to do, or help would be rear limits and a House move work better?

  I ran the find reference VI with little luck. This will simply an axis until it hits the home button, but immediately running the engine in reverse. What I read I suppose it's considered the race before or back, instead of a switch at home? IM assuming that something in my MAX settings is incorrect, and I was hoping that someone with more knowledge would be useful. It would be great if I could run 1 axis to the switch House assign to a relative position of the switch House, then do the same for axis 2.

  Almost any Max setting may be overriddin in LabVIEW.  You have a lag move together, that's why your axis moves after finding the switch house edge.  I disable the switch House to the MAX and then use Smart turn in reference to find parameters.  Do not have one a motion compensation or reset in MAX position.  Use the reference find VI, then when that VI is complete, you can make a move of compensation and/or reset the position using LabVIEW.

• How to use a function switch box to the reference that is used several times in the previous drop-down list options?

  I use JavaScript coding in LiveCycle and development of dependent drop-down areas, but I find it difficult to write correct code. See the example below. I'm trying to use a multiple box function that refers to an option that is listed several times in the previous pull-down menu. The problem I am running into is that when I refer to any color or Nissan and Chevy, it returns the results of the color in the "Ford" column only. I'll always see color (blue, black, green and purple) options in my second drop-down list and it seems fine, but then the third drop reference only the options and colors 'Ford '. (I don't have the code for the third menu list drop-down).

  I want the client to choose Chevy or Nissan and have her drop downs (based on the color they chose)-dependent, but I can't seem to make this work.

  I hope it is clear enough (probably as mud...). I would appreciate help!

  You can use '\n' for newline in a string, so

  I use Teststand to call labview vi and col ThisContext sequence to vi as object reference, but if I just completed this step and I can find the memory to help keep more, how can I avoid leaks memory inside the vi.

  You should use a node reference close to close the references that you get after an invoke. In the code below, you should be able to close the references that you get the following:

  AsPropertyObject

  Thread

  Close these two references, once you're done with them.

  Also make sure you have turned off the collection of results of your sequence or you will use memory constantly to the results of the stage.

  Do I need to serialize the use of my TCP reference?  I.e. I control access (using semaphores) my TCP reference when you use the reference in several process?  What is change of response during the review only read write?

  I realize I can create a queue and processes to manage all my writings over TCP, but that the method does not work in my situation.

  You have no need to serialize access TCP write, as long as you don't care about the order in which messages are sent. You won't get pieces of two different writings interlaced with each other. However, as Crossrulz said, you will have a problem with TCP read if you need to match messages with messages received.

  If you do not use an architecture of response control, it would be reasonable to put written TCP where necessary, but all TCP reads in a single loop, and every time that an update comes through, send it to all stakeholders of the code by a registrant or a functional global variable. The only problem with this is that is dying of the TCP connection, you must reconnect, then you will need a way to update the TCP refnum everywhere.

• Spare as the address of isolation switch

  We have a situation where our school has 3 hosts and vm loads.

  Now we need restart the main switch, which should normally take about 3 hours, due to the need of turning off the entire network.

  What we intend to do is install an alternative switch that is attached to a spare vmnic.

  Well well, in your case, you guests being directly on your kernel (which is quite rare as BTW, and I would consider to change that), they will need an address of isolation to stand, because they will lose their intra-host pulse.

  However, as you know that you have anyway any network connectivity and that each host will consider himself isolated, you could do 1 of 2 things:

  (1) define your response of insulation to do nothing during the maint.  This would prevent your virtual machines to be closed, even if guests decide that they are isolated.

  (2) disable HA during the maint. Obviously this will disable your ability to HA for the maint.

  I like option 1, because its less intrusive for your cluster.

  Test is a use case. It is also useful when you want to create reusable subVIs so that you can switch between the different references to every call of the VI.

  Hello

  It would be difficult to follow the return or to learn AFAIK, but during the execution of the resource plan the area of "pending" will be useful for running things - until the Proc "clear pending" is executed.

  You may need to go through the code of the Package and other provided packages and base tables.

  Or you can check the current resource group with previous - Alternatively, you can apply FGA while switching groups.

• Problem with release semaphore reference

  I wrote a simple routine to try to understand the functioning of semaphores (see the attached vi).  In this routine, I have 2 LEDs I want to Flash for 5 seconds each (independently of each other).  I assumed that the operation would be the same regardless of the LED that blinks first, but this is not the case.  When I ran the vi, the semaphore reference vi release was connected to the loop 1 exit semaphore vi.  When my vi ran, loop 2 executed first, and I got runtime error 1111,

  Possible reasons:

  LabVIEW: Semaphore of liberation called on a semaphore that was not currently acquired.

  The only way I managed to do work was to connect the semaphore reference vi output 2 vi release semaphore loop (as indicated).  Can someone explain and make recommendations?

  The apperead for the error, because the 'release semaphore reference' was performed before the semaphore 'liberation '. You should force the order of execution so that "rsr" is always executed after the two 'r '. I suggest to use the mistakes of merger on both loops and pass error merged into the "ISR".

  I have a table in which I report daily productivity of businesses.  Column A contains the date, and the columns B, C and D contain numeric data:

  I need to provide a report which is in a standard format of business, with the months all year-round in the line, instead of the column, so the order is reversed:

  QUESTION: in my table ' 2016 Metrics report: B2', I've referenced the monthly summary table, with "= MonthlySummary:B2".  But now I want to copy and paste this reference down in the January column in the table report and the reference of the line past around the table of the month, so that ' 2016 Metrics report: B3' says "= MonthlySummary:C2".  Is there a way to do this?  I'm just trying to avoid having click on each cell in the report table to a reference on the monthly summary table, as there is a lot of data.

  I suggest several things.

  (1) be sure to use a regular convention for your tables to assist in the migration to future years (note the names of the table, I used)

  (2) also use the names of months as shown in column A of the SCT "2016" and in the first line of the company summary

  

  to use the formula to cell B2 in the summary table of the company (for the lower table):

• Reference Dell PowerConnect 8024 - 802.3ad (dynamic LACP) through 2 switches?

  We evaluate the use of switches Dell PC8024 to upgrade our backbone to 10GbE.  We use currently HP ProLiant servers with multiple network cards are associated.  The servers support 802.3ad HP dynamic aggregation of links (LACP).

  The switch PC8024 does support the aggregation of dynamic links through 2 different switches, or should it be on the same switch?

  In comparison, the HP2910 switches can support aggregation (LACP) dynamic links across multiple switches, while the HP2920 switches can.  If some can, some can't.  Need to understand the ability of the switch to PC8024.

  Hello Terry,

  The 8024 does not support a SHIFT of two different switches, the only way it would work, if the switches are stacked and effectively a single switch. If you have used the new series N4000 they take over MLAG, allowing for the OFFSET will be in both switches and they communicate via a peer.

  nextLoad is an array.  you want to use nextLoad [0] for the string in your switch argument.

• Reference Audio Dell - will automatically switch on the headphones when you plug them.

  XPS 9350 - 10 Windows

  Can I do Audio Dell (or something) automatically route the sounds of my helmet when I plug them?  I saw no option in the Audio from Dell menu to toggle this option.

  I do a bit of work to the library of my school, which means I have to be quiet.

  The problem is that when I plug my headphones, I have to wait for Dell Audio for pop - up and then I have to confirm my selection of "headphones with microphone" above all sound will go to them.  Then only will be moving to my helmet.  While I do this, my computer starts hanging and beep all the recent notifications for anyone nearby to hear, until I do the confirmation.

  To make things worse, if I plug my headphones on the Windows lock screen, and then log in, Dell Audio pop up just never came up. However, I still give it Windows notification Center make me notice, but it is non-interactive.  Then I have to unplug the headphones, expect that all of the alerts saying I have disconnected something go, then plug the new.  If I wait more for alerts clear selection Windows Audio Dell don't is not loading.  Once again, beeps and dings are once I have connect and do all this.

  Of course, it's just as much I na not mute until I closed the lid, the last time that I used it.

  SOLUTION: the context menu is not clear.

  If you check the option at the bottom telling not to appear whenever something is plugged in, it will automate just about whether you connect (at least I can assure you that for "headphones with microphone").

  The way that the radio button is made, simply looks like it's supposed to just disable the pop up and nothing more.

• Reference Dell place 8 7840 switch question

  first of all, I bought this tablet January in 2015.

  I found this unit turns off by itself at 22% battery while it helps (about a month) and now it shuts down to 37% and more.

  in order to turn on, I need to plug.  If not, there is no way to run.

  In addition, one of my knowledge that the same problem has happened since subsequently used this tablet about six months ago. (so he did factory reset, but its still the same today.)  I guess that this tablet has technical difficulties.

  I am living in Korea and asked for a chat on the official website of dell service, but they just gave me a number of international appeal.  You would not solve this problem.
