When I open an application it closes immediately. This happens several times a day, it's really boring. Is there something I can do?

When I open an app on my phone, it opens up for a split second then closes. This happens several times a day. I don't know why it happens, but it is extremely irritating.

Force restart your iPhone.

Press and hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Then try to open an application.

If this does not help, tap settings > General > reset > reset all settings

Then try to open an application.

(No data or no media is interrupted due to reset)
