  I have recently faced a problem; whenever I try to save any image of google chrome, I wouldn't be able to see a number of folder icons, as shown in the picture as an attachment.
  I tried to do the same thing with my Windows Explorer browser, but didn't meet with these problems.

  I suggest you to run the sfc/scan that will scan the corrupted system files change.

  The sfc/scannow command. analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.
