  one thing you might try is to search the whole file system (make sure to include also hidden sites) for the term bookmarks*.json - if all results appear with a date in the file name that is before installing windows, then you probably import them into your firefox profile.

  In hotmail, while I have reset my password that I locked myself out of my acct and not when I try to reset my password I tells me that my security question is both inactionable and incorrect to this effect, try another question.  Its my only question and its broken.  So how to regain control of my account I had this acct for 15 years or more and have saved countless important messages and passwords for a multitude of things, please help.  My current backup email for this problem is: * address email is removed from the privacy * and the response of the use of the automatic system recovery doent work, was who has been trying for more than 8 weeks of frustration.
