Start the PC in safe mode then go back to the display settings and set the resolution to a lower level.
You start in Mode safe by constantly pressing the F8 key as your PC starts. A menu will appear and you must select the Safe Mode option.
Once you have changed the screen resolution, you can restart your PC normally.
Make sure that you "only" to select an output of the range option.

With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them. New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.

It is not at all what you mean by the 'toolbar '. You use Windows Mail in Vista? If so, you can search the *.eml try to locate emails (see www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx#wm for background), but you will need to provide more information, because it is not clear if you do not see the files or toolbars in WinMail (try to view |) Page layout) or if your all start menu disappeared. All my mail folders are no longer visible. How can I get back them?
