Hello
Could you please tell us what exactly happened made you reinstall the drive? We would give an idea of what went wrong which caused this problem.
So if you are on windows, you can download the cleanup tool to uninstall the reader completely. Sometimes some traces remain, and this is perhaps the reason why you are facing this problem.
Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat cleaning tool - Adobe Labs
Once uninstalled, please visit the following link to reinstall the drive.
Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
Let us know how it goes.

Every morning, I click on the Firefox icon and it opens. Today, that he will not. I try to reinstall it, a message that Firefox is already open. But I'm not. Hello
- Go to your task manager (right-click your taskbar, and then select "Start Task Manager" - http://www.howtogeek.com/108742/how-to-use-the-new-task-manager-in-windows-8/)
- Make sure that Firefox is on this list. In this case - select this option and end task.
- Try to open Firefox again; If it still doesn't after some time, repeat the two steps above, and then try the Firefox Safe Mode
- On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
- When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."
- If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to understand that one. Please follow the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.
- To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

Any contributions to this issue would be great. First I thought maybe it's serial number, but since it downloaded PS very well so I don't understand why it would be that. Here's what it shows...
We need remove the remnants of Adobe CS 5 of your machine first.
Please delete all folders and files.
- ~/Library/application support/Adobe
- / Library/Application Support/Adobe
- ~/Library/preferences/ (.plist file) related to Adobe
Try and install CS 5.
Waiting for your response.

I get an error message when you try to download adobe reader acrobat dc [Android]
Can anyone provide assistance? I get an error message when you try to download adobe reader acrobat dc
Hello
The error is not related to the Adobe Acrobat application. There is a problem with the store to play on your phone. You can try the precautions listed in the error store play 927 - 3 ways to get rid of it in Android | Difficulty of errors.
If all goes well, that should solve your problem.
Thank you

Nothing happens when you try to open Adobe Reader or pdf
When I try to open Adobe Reader (any version), nothing happens. I'm running Windows 7 Pro and tried to uninstall Reader 9 & 11, running a suggested fix, running Adobe cleaning tool to remove it, run it from a CL, but I don't see an error code: 7
There are no errors during installation.
What could be the problem?
Any help is really appreciated.
You can try other things...
- Update drive to 11.0.6
- You can open Adobe Reader by itself? If so, try to disable the Protected Mode [Edit |] Preferences | (Improved) security].
- If Reader opens in itself, try to disable the Safe_mode in the registry; Download, unzip, then run the attached registry script
- It might even be a malware problem; See http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/reader-core-dll-error.html

I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit of the system. I use the latest version of Internet Explorer. When I try to download Adobe Reader , I get the error message:
getPlus (r) error: operating system error (16263.203.319 - 72372312.80040154.FFFFFFFF.8004154) which would prevent me from download. How can I fix it? Help!
Take the installer out of the FTP site atftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/9.x/9.3/enu/AdbeRdr930_en_US.exe and see if it works.

has had to reformat my hard drive now when he star0x0000007b (0x78d663c, 0xc0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
has had to reformat my hard drive, now when I try to reinstall windows xp, I get a blue screen with this code at the end 0x0000007b (0x78d663c, 0xc0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) how to solve this problemHello
I saw the 0x0000007B BSOD caused by trying to install XP on a disk hard while the BIOS is designating the reader as AHCI instead of IDE. XP has no native AHCI drivers, resulting in a stop 7B. Unless the PC had originally Vista or Win 7, but it might be useful to check that it is not likely.
If the BIOS is set to AHCI, you could do one of three things (depending on whether your PC has a floppy drive)...
1 find the Setup F6 disk on AHCI support at installation time (start with the manufacturer's website if you do not already have such a thing). Watch the very hit F6 prompt early in the installation process.
2. change the setting in BIOS on IDE / ATA
3. create a new "slipstreaming" installation disc drivers AHCI in the existing installation disc, see http://www.nliteos.com/index.html
After the back if your BIOS is IDE / ATA

Blue screen error when you try to print Adobe PDF files
Original title: the computer crashes when I try to print Adobe PDF files.
I unintalled and reinstalled remains 9.3.3 and it still won't print. The OS crashes when you try to print a .pdf file. I can open the document and view the file but not print, just the blue screen and restarts. I opened a word document, print and print text files. It will print anything but Adobe files. Is there any help out there?
HonoriusIII
Thank you for your support and help Sicard. I finally got to the last version of Adobe as the culprit. It seems that the latest version 9.3.3 was causing problems. I uninstalled the software, cleaned the registry and other remains and installed the various editions of Adobe. Seems that Vista likes only one software version which proved Adobe 8.0. Once I installed the software, found a few .pdf documents and tried to print. Not only did it print well, it was very fast. Of all the places to find the 8.0 Adobe has been installed on my recovery disks. I don't think Microsoft product (s) are the root cause. Something in Adobe was the cause of the crash. I have the error message has not write against accidents, but it dumped memory and restart is fine, no conflict of driver. Only thing I did after each accident was to defragment. the hard drive and RAM by using certain tools. Vista ran fine since. I know a lot of people out there do not like Vista, but I did have a lot of problems with the software. I found problems with other types of competing software and work with software developers using their products in beta. The crash of the problems were not these beta products. I believe in keeping software simple and effective, it seems that Adobe will conversely making it too complicated software and an application's entire concept.
Thanks for you help,
HonoriusIII
