When you send a secure PDF must be signed, recipients must I have an Adobe account to sign the PDF file?

I'm looking to send a document secured for employees to sign.  Created the PDF, I am having trouble with the signature area.  I need everyone to sign the PDF file and send it to me.  Is there a way for them to sign the document without creating any ID.  They need to have an account with Adobe in order to sign the document?  Thank you!
