  • Installer does not accept my password

    Ive tried to install software for music on my macbook pro, but when it comes to enter the password to access icloud to actually start installing it does not accept my password. Signed cloud online with no problem, so I changed my password, is out of the installer and tried the process again but made no difference.

    Did I miss something blatantly obvious? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    (b) what exactly happens when you sign in to your account?  You get a specific error message?

    Step 1: Let us check if the problem persists in safe mode

    Thanks for the kind reply. In fact before checking your response, I checked in my system there was the .msi from the Skype software installation file was missing. so I installed the same version installation file and then uninstalled the software.
    And I have installed the latest version of the Skype software.

    Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.
