Where can I find a simple "fix list" every version change?

Sometimes, I want to know what has changed between point releases and/or major version updates. Is there a location that contains the list of patch? One simple line on each change integrated...

Hi, you can find a collection of release notes for firefox at: https://www.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/releases/
(for major releases those will give an overview on the most important new additions, because there will be hundreds of small bug fixes and changes under the hood)
