Where can I find cookies.txt now?

Using Firefox in Windows 7 16.0.1

I want to use wget to retrieve files from script, but I need my login cookies. wget allows you to load from a cookies.txt file, but all I can find is cookies.sqlite, and that doesn't seem to work.

I'm assuming that cookies.sqlite is an "improvement" of the old "cookies.txt" format... but is it possible to export the cookies to the old format (or just to tell Firefox to use the old format)?
