  Just run chkdsk from the command prompt

  Start > run > CMD

  Chkdsk /f

  Type 'Y' and press ENTER when he says that he cannot do that now because the drive is in use. Then restart your computer and it will check your drive and try to fix the errors. Randall

  Found folder gets created only when the disk check corrects errors according to find them. The file will be in the same drive on which the command chkdsk was run. This will be a hidden folder and you need to unhide the to find.

  In general you don't need 'user32.h' because the functions declared in Winuser.h (you must include Windows.h).

  Otherwise, if you need user32.h only, you can get this file as well as debugging tools

  After installation, you will get this file in C:\Program Files\Debugging Tools for Windows\winext\manifest\user32.h

  You type: msconfig in the Run dialog box.

  Under the Startup tab disable this you never or rarely use.

  You will always be able to use them whenever you want without going back to msconfig.

  On the Services tab, click Hide all Microsoft Services, and then choose the ones you want to start when you start your computer.
