  Even a re - install has not been around. How can I get the button?

  A second re - install makes the Forget button appear.

  For Mac:

  Insert [prt sc] is the key you want to print your screen.

  Press check and Insert [prt sc] key if you are able to take a screenshot, if that does not work press SHIFT and insert keys [prt sc] together and check if it works.

  1. open Internet explorer.
