where can I find the original trunk after system recovery

I made a recvry of the system. I need to add the boot in the file.i start looked in c for the boot drive. I found it c/boot. so I added it to the to the the file start and rebooted. is that correct?

also, I want theoriginal BIOS F.1B for MY LAPTOP - HP PAVILION DV7 - LM726AV.  WHERE TO FIND IT?

THX.  KRIS.

May depend on exactly what you mean by the system recovery

I don't know what you're trying to achieve with 'boot' or what exactly you mean

You can find drivers for your laptop from HP support specific to your model, you should be aware that bad update/modify the Bios can cause a dead PC

BIOS F.1B is the bios updated the original was F.13

  • Where can I find my original photo after editing to the organizer and the saiving it

I am brand new to photoshop elements.  I edited a photo in the editor and saved with a different name.  Now, I can't find the original image.  What happened to him?

When you work in the Organizer in PSE13, by default you will see a display of thumbnails where each thumbnail is enlarged without text, name of file or details.

It is a new view in version 13. You can switch the display mode to the old vision "detailed", where the tile is smaller, but indicated with the file name and details if you have enabled this option in the menu "view". To move, use the view menu or the shortcut Ctrl D.

When you have edited a photo of the Organizer, the new image you created is linked to the original, they are in a "set" version Only the most recent version is displayed by default. When you have switched to the 'detailed view', there is a small triangle on the right of the thumbnail. Click on it, and all versions will be displayed next.

    Is that what you want?

If you have created a set of version, a small icon should appear on the top of the page thumbnail even country in no detailed view.

  • Windows 7 Image Backup - where can I find the previous image after new backup?

My previous hard drive died, and I replaced it.

Good news: I did a backup of the system before the death of completed HDD.  The image is under "WindowsImageBackup" folder on my external drive.

Then I replaced the HARD drive, picked up at the factory reset.

Before restoring the image backup, I took a step extra stupid: I thought that I should save its current state before as I have restore the previous state in case any thing wrong, so I started to sign--> system and security--> backup and restore--> backup now

Bad news: the new backup image sub-folder of "WindowsImageBackup" even erased my previous image!  They have different timestamps, so different names, but the previous image has disappeared after a new creation.  In fact, I killed the new backup process immediately after that I was disappearing from the previous image.  He has not finished, but I can't find my previous image!

BTW, there is a lot of space on my drive.  It is only 20% used!

Are there ways I can retrieve my previous image?

BTW, I use Windows 7 Home Premium.  By default, all parameters are as I do factory reset.

Suggestions and help is very appreciated!

    Hello

With the publication of the description, I understand that you have accidentally deleted the system image backup file. I've certainly you will help answer your query.

I wish to inform you that there is no way to get the previous system back image - which has already been replaced however, you can try a few steps to get the old image to the top, although there is no guarantee that it will work but still, you can try and see if it helps.

First of all, I suggest you to rename the WindowsImageBackup to WindowsImageBackup. Old then follow the screenshot and select the option highlighted in yellow color select another backup to restore files of.

Hope that this help, please write us back for any further assistance on this point, we will be happy to help you further.

  • If I've updated to Lightroom, where can I find the original license key?

I recently digitally upgraded from Lightroom 3 to 5 Lightroom via the Adobe online store, and the upgrade process simply questioned my machine for the license key original of the download / upgrade.  Later, I bought a more powerful laptop for editing and am migrating to Lightroom - however, I'm wondering for TWO license keys - and I don't have the ORIGINAL recording.  I am very frustrated with this requirement of Adobe and wonder if someone could tell me a way to display the original license key (or find someone in Adobe that could send it to me)?

    Thank you

    Patrick

    Hi Pjcampbells,

Serial numbers are required for installation, but not for download, if your number of Lightroom 3 would not have been recorded when you downloaded the upgrade of the LR5. Only if you have saved the number of LR3 it will be available in your account. I suggest that you contact the customer service by chat and request that they look for the serial number of your LR3. Cat representatives are unable to technical troubleshooting for older software such as LR3 and LR5, but they can help with questions about licensing and activation.

Either way, when you say that you are trying to migrate from Lightroom, do you mean you are trying to transfer the program from a backup? If so, please be aware that software Adobe generally does not migrate properly because of hidden registration files. It must be installed by disk or by downloading the appropriate installation program. LR 5 is available here: Install Photoshop Lightroom.

Let us know how it goes with the serial number. If you continue to experience problems, feel free to post a reply to this discussion.

  • Where can I find the firefox window after installation on windows 8.1, to customize?

When I click on fiorefox it takes me directly to Bing. She does not have a window to change this, or customize it to something else. No home page, options, etc. My system is windows 8.1 64-bit.

If you don't see an address bar, toolbar buttons, etc., Firefox can be full screen to his point of view. The F11 function key toggles between normal display and full-screen.

On the toolbar, find the main button of the application on the right side, who has a stack of 3 horizontal bars. From there, you can click in the Options and check the setting of your home page. More on that here: start-up, homepage, tabs and download settings.

Alternatively, from the side Windows desktop instead of a tile on the start screen for Firefox if you did the first time. Firefox doesn't have a 'modern' for Windows 8 interface +.

  • During the installation of Firefox 4 beta, he told me that it does not work on my Mac. When I go to system requirements, need a page for Firefox3.6 requirements. Where can I find the requirements for the beta?

The link to the minimum configuration for Firefox 4 beta takes you to a page that gives you the requirements for Firefox 3.6 instead. I guess that the requirements for the beta are different, that I can't seem to install the beta on my Mac. Where can I find the beta version of system requirements?

Firefox 4 will not work on the Mac PPC, for Mac it needs the Intel processor. There is an accumulation of third parties based on Firefox 4 beta, which should work on Mac PPC, for details, see http://www.floodgap.com/software/tenfourfox/

    Hello

You can't find the product inside the Vista DVD key.

Vista DVD retail are generic DVDs containing all editions of Vista and the product key is distinct for the DVD, but as part of the package you purchase.

DVD OEM system manufacturers are the same.

OEM Licenses pre-installed (HP, Acer, etc.) are the product key on COA sticker on the machine.

    See you soon.

You can select the setting expand to default or previous camera raw conversion.

You can also clear the changes to your image in Camera raw, but this will erase your changes in ACR.

In Bridge, right click on the thumbnail of the image and select develop settings >Cancel settings.

    Hope that helps.

  • Inspiron 8000 & Win XP - where can I find the drivers after upgrade HD?

I replaced Win98, ME, with Win XP last year and found XP drivers on the support site. Now I want to upgrade the HD the original 10 GB to 80 GB and I'll try cloning the old HD with Acronis True Image 11, but if it goes wrong, I'll do a clean reinstall of Win XP.  Problem: support site now offers the drivers for all the operating systems (including Linux Redhat) - but is no longer for Win XP.

    2 questions:

    1. where can I find the necessary drivers now, if I have to reinstall Win XP from scratch?

    2. is it possible to clone my old HD 10 GB for my Maxtor 320 GB external HDD and clone then down to the Maxtor for my new 80 GB HD?

Advice and guidance very much appreciated - thank you!
