  If the installation provided with your Windows computer discs was preinstalled on the computer - it is OEM and cannot be moved. You can move Windows to another computer if you buy the retail version.

• In Photoshop CC 2015, when I switch to full screen mode (only F tap, not two) my panels often disappear (but not always) by themselves.  I exit full screen to retrieve them.

  I had this problem two major updates there is a CC of Photoshop.  The last update seemed to remedy, but with the last update major it is back.  I enter full screen often, as this is how I prefer to work and usually it works fine.  I know that the panels disappear if I press F twice, but I'm not in this mode, I'm only in the first full-screen mode.  They do not disappear immediately.  They disappear more often right after an action, for example when the action makes the Panel properties pop up, all other panels (layers, etc.) will disappear.  Sometimes press the tab brings back them, sometimes it just makes drop-down menus (file, editing, etc.) appear and disappear.  I can't be the only one with this problem, but I have not yet find a discussion on the subject.

  If this is the latest version of Photoshop and you do not have enough customize the tools Panel, then you can try resetting that default return Photoshop preferences.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

  Assuming that you have chosen not to keep your programs and your files (it certainly seems like that) - then you will need to install Microsoft Office from your installation media using your product key.

  You can change the icon on the desktop via the context menu > properties, then click the icon in this window.
  
  Navigate to the folder icons in the Firefox installation folder that appears on the command line and select the mozicon128.png icon is in this folder.

  If there is only one order of firefox without path then probably find Firefox in the directory/usr/lib/firefox or you can launch Firefox and open the system monitor to display the path of the Firefox program.

  Yes, you need the serial number for Photoshop elements 13, which is language and specific OS as well in order to activate Photoshop elements 13.

However, when the installation program asks for the location of the SP3 CD-ROM (as it seems a fxs file * folder i386) will not accept the ISO burned I (on disc L) which is functional because I used to install the service pack, even if the machine is regularly updated. I noticed the i386 folder and included the extracted files in the process (for my D drive), but all are deleted once SP3 ends or ends after the extraction of the file. Before SP3 installed, file asked for when the browse option to locate the SP3 CD window was fxsapi, now it asks fxscfgwz. It is not in my drive C or D. Fax has been so would we in the 80s and 90s!
