  We have upgraded to 4.0 (4) and E2K3 4.0 (1) and E2K and from 10/3 and the unit seems to work fine throughout, but we do not seem to add or remove users from the unit (the keys are "grayed out".

  Is it possible to browse snapshots via CLI as you can through the vSphere Snapshot Manager?

  I know I can create a new snapshot and I can go back to the last snapshot easily, but I would like to be able to take a snapshot of a pool, if necessary. It is a virtual machine that developers use and are they screw something up but do not notice until the last good image has 3 snapshots, then go back to the LAST snapshot is not good.   Hello. I'm trying to update the password for a user via the web services of management of rights, https://{mydomain} / SOAP/services/RightsManagementService? wsdl & lc_version = 9.0.1, using .NET 4.0 (c#).

  Here's the function I wrote. When I run the code it always returns false. I have searched the documentation and the forumns but found nothing. Can anyone provide any ideas on how I can update a user password in LiveCycle via exposed web services?

  I remove users and recreate them for each customer.
  
  When I look in the Administration tool under Security I don't see the correct users.
  
  However, when I login through the Catalog Manager, I see a large list of users. I am logged in under the administrator account, but when I go to delete those that get access denied to path/users/xxxxxx

  I'm trying to remove users from the IOM by using a single value of one of the present of the UDF in the flat file for example say SSN. I preferred the approach to go through a scheduled task to remove users from IOM. I know that the permanent deletion of IOM through the database is not possible. To have written a custom code to do the same thing and I have used the tcuseroperationintf.deleteuser(long...) method. But I had a straight and simple query for the same thing. Should what value I contact in the long appropriate field in the list of the attributes of this method?
