  This problem occurs more often when you clicked on a link on a website to bookmark the site. Do not click on "bookmark this site" or a similar link/button on web sites.

  Windows XP does not display the default Firefox Button. If you want to see the Firefox button, go to view-> toolbars and uncheck the menu bar. (To return to the menu bar, press the ALT key to temporarily show - see what happened to the file, edit and view menus?).

  If you want to uninstall Firefox 4 you can do from the control panel "Add or remove programs". See Uninstall Firefox on your computer.

  If you have Windows 8, then there is no start button in the taskbar to desktop. Instead, press the Windows key on your keyboard that will access the start screen.

  If you have Windows 8.1 then the Start button was introduced at the far left of the taskbar of office and also opens the start screen. It has the Windows logo on it - see:

  

  Please note that the start screen (one with all the tile direct for your applications) replaces the old Start Menu style that was traditionally in the lower left corner of most older versions of Windows.

  I have a rtf model in which I have two tables. The XML contains both G_ORDER_NUMBER and G_ITEM_DESC.
  
  G_ORDER_NUMBER is the main group for which we have detailed records in G_ITEM_DESC.
  
  The table (this table has data associated G_ORDER_NUMBER) I want to repeat on each page. I tried several options but it doesn't work.
  
  I ticked the box on properties of the table that says "repeat the header at the top of each Page line" but it does not work, I tried <? Start: body? > and <? end body? > it does not reach the living room out with not enough rendered message even though I have increased the size of the page to 22 inches.

  All pages should have doctype if they are supposed to conform to w3 standards.  I suggest to try this link and if you still have questions, you can post back:

  HTML5 is a simple way to set the doctype, but I suggest you stick with what you get in the Dreamweaver until you are ready to learn something new about html5.  DW CS4, 5 and 5.5 have an extension to work with html5, but you should have a firm grasp of the current html because it's the Foundation of html5.

  You don't say if anything fills this gap, as in IE window is simply smaller, but the Office remains behind it

  If so, run your mouse cursor to the top of Internet Explorer until it turns into a double arrow > left click and hold > drag to the previous position.

  If it is not the problem, there are a few things you can try:

  Change the resolution of the screen;

  If that fixed it, go to the website of your computer manufacturer > drivers download Section > then key in your computer model number > find your operating system > find two graphics / video or from the Chipset drivers and download and install.

  As you reinstalled just Vistas, you would have a very limited number of Restore Points!

  Try the system restore.

  If this does not work, and you don't know what you were doing, reinstall it again.

  Do Safe Mode system restore, if it is impossible to do in Normal Mode.

  I saw your post on your Officejet 4632 cutting the ups and the downs off printed pages and wanted to answer to help you. My suggestions are below.

  1 reset the printer and make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, avoiding bars power and surge protectors.

  2 start the print and Scan Doctor for Windows in order to solve printer problems

  3. try the steps in this guide: fixing poor print quality

  4. Uninstall and reinstall the printer. You can use the printer Installation Wizard to install the printer.

  5 print from other programs.

  If the problem is not resolved at the time where all the above steps are performed, contact HP to discuss alternatives to the printer.

  I managed to do it myself, maybe I Specifies not or posed the question correctly; I've done the following:

  I caught the layer where the captain: which was the first right up and lowered down, which seemed to help me.  in so doing, I could add links to all my pages in the top left corner, because by the uprising of the page master layer with my logo at the top of the page on the op of all layers trumping any link I would put in all my other pages, by lowering the master page layer to the last section of the layers I was able to make the link in the upper left corner, without him be overshadowed or covered.
