Yes, your license allows you to have two facilities activated simultaneously, so if you want to you can have both machines busy and active so that there is a backup should it come in handy.  You can also contact Adobe via chat and ask them to reset your activations so that you have one (or two) released for a new installation.

Hi, the trackpad batteries are unloaded much faster than in the past.  I reload and replace them and they quickly weaken.   What needs to be replaced, the batteries or the charger.   Tried to look on the apple website to purchase and find nothing (there must be there somewhere).  Thank you.

They may well be replaced.   Take a look at this document.    iFixit are well known in these columns.

  • How to paste special values from excel

    I use tor Excel Mac.

I was sent a spreadsheet "number". For what I do in Excel I use Copy > click right to "paste special" > values.

    Job done.

When I try this with the 'Numbers' Clipboard window special dough gives me options of text, HTML, PDF, Unicode text and photo.

I would greatly appreciate some advice.

    Thank you.

    Hi srvw,.

    Do the conversion in number.

"Paste Special > values" in Excel = 'Paste the results of the formulas' in number.

Here is a document of numbers with a formula in column C

Select and copy the C column.

    Add another column (D).

In column D, Menu > edit > paste formula results.

The values are now real (no formulas).

Column D to copy and paste into Excel.

    Kind regards

    Ian.

Edit: I use numbers 3.6.1 on OS X El Capitan. If your profile is up to date (and that you use Numbers ' 09) menu is command 'paste values' not 'paste it formula results.

If I were you, I would not go to all languages. You can get all the
These special letters on the English keyboard with the help of a third party
program. I use a program background small freeware called AllChars.
This allows me (in all applications, type many common special characters
(many of them are used in other languages) by pressing the key ctrl
followed by a combination of two-character mnemonics.

For example, for n the two characters are ~ and n. "C is for c, and, for u, you and.

  • I run windows xp on HP Pavilion 750, in the past, I have not had a problem writing to the pictures from my computer to a disc

I run windows xp on HP Pavilion 750, in the past, I have not had a problem writing to the photos from my computer on disc.

It now written up so I get a message cannot keep any body can help please.

    original title: problem writing Photos...

I'm sorry, but I don't have a solution for you.  You can check the Device Manager (start > run > devmgmt.msc > OK) to see if there are warnings next to your CD burner.  If there is a caution icon, double-click the entry and see what it says under "device status".

I don't know how you use picture & Fax Viewer to burn a CD.  The usual method, except if you have 3rd party CD burning software, is to use Windows Explorer.  This is what Windows XP Help & Support has to say on this topic:

To copy files and folders to a CD

    1. Insert a blank, writable CD into the CD burner.
    2. Open my computer.
    3. Click the files or folders to copy to the CD. To select multiple files, hold down the CTRL key while you click the files you want. Then, under file and folder tasks, click copy this file, copy this folder, or copy the selected items.

If the files are located in my pictures, under management of images, click copy to CD or copy all items to a CDand go to step 5.

    4. In the dialog box copy items , click the CD player record, and then click copy.
    5. In my computer, double-click the CD burner. Windows displays a temporary area where the files are held before they are copied to the CD. Verify that the files and folders you want to copy to the CD appear under files ready to be written on the CD.
    6. Under CD writing tasks, click write these files to CD. Windows displays the Assistant burn a CD. Follow the instructions in the wizard.

    Notes

    • To open my computer, click Startand then click my computer.
    • Do not copy more files to the CD that it will hold. Standard CD hold up to 650 megabytes (MB). Large capacity CD contain up to 850 MB.
    • Don't forget that you have enough disk space on your hard disk to store the temporary files that are created during the CD writing process. For a standard CD, Windows reserves up to 700 MB of available disk space. For a high-capacity CD, Windows reserves up to 1 gigabyte (GB) of the available free space.
    • After you copy files or folders to the CD, it is useful to view the CD to verify that the files are copied.
  • How can I get a list of all the routers wireless, I plugged in the past and remove them?

My laptop is Windows Vista.  Last year I took it to different places where I connected to different wireless routers.  My laptop keeps the list (and passwords) of these routers somewhere on the hard drive.  I would like to remove some (actually most) of these routers of this list.  But I can't find this list of the last wireless connections make the deletion.  It was available in Windows XP.  It is not available in Windows Vista?  How can I make my computer to forget information on connections without wire used in the past?

Type "network" in the box to start the search. Click on "network and sharing Center."  Click "Manage wireless networks" in the menu on the left. Click the network that you want to remove, and then click the "Remove" button that appears.

  • set a restore point date in the past on Windows Vista

When I went to do a system restore it have NO restore points saved. I created one, but it only allowed me to create this point to restore to the current date. He asked me to name the restore point and said 'date and time will be added automatically. It defeats the purpose! I'm having the issue now. I need to restore it once already. Windows XP makes it easy. Vista, not so easy. To be precise, I want to create a restore point that has dated June 1, 2010. HOW DO I DO THAT?

You can't do that.  You cannot create a restore point in the past.  If there is just no saved restore points don't then that is pretty much the end of the line, you won't be able to restore the system.  I recommend to close and restart the computer, be sure that you are in the right place to restore the system, rather than to the place where you create restore points. In Vista and Windows 7 both actions (create a point and restore to a point) are now in different places.  If you are not sure, click on the start ORB, then type system restore in the box to access the System Restore tool.

  • I'm looking for where the trash blurs his trash

I'm looking for where the trash blurs his trash. I want to remove it and put it into a thing of data storage, I bought as an E: / drive

As you empty the trash it is not jam files (unless you have special 3rd party software), or put the files anywhere.  It simply removes the headers so that they no longer can be identified or consulted.  The space that they have taken/take is considered to be available and they are entirely deleted once they are replaced by something else.  If you want to save the deleted files on your drive E:\, then instead of emptying the trash, cut its contents and copy them to the E:\drive whenever you choose.

If you want to find files that were emptied from the Recycle Bin, you must use a file recovery tool.  Here are a few options.

    http://www.SnapFiles.com/freeware/system/fwdatarecovery.html (first try Recuva)

http://www.SnapFiles.com/get/DiskDigger.html (try this second - if this also fails, then the chances of recovery are very slim, but we invite you to try the other options)

    http://www.SnapFiles.com/get/easusdfr.html

    http://www.SnapFiles.com/get/restoration.html

    http://www.SnapFiles.com/downloads/Recuva/dlrecuva.html

    http://www.SoftPerfect.com/products/FileRecovery/

    http://techpaul.WordPress.com/2008/06/23/how-to-recover-your-lost-files/

The files are not really deleted until they are crushed (although they are no longer available through conventional methods).  If you decide to try these recovery programs, you should stop using your drive hard immediately in order not to replace the data that you are trying to recover.  He slave on another PC and launch the recovery of this PC.  Even now you have definitely lost some of them if you use the same PC.  If you can not do this (slave on another PC), you run the risk of overwriting the data with every action you do on the PC (but you may still be able to recover some or most or even all files - it's a matter of luck).

Only you can decide if the data is important enough to take the PC to an expert data recovery to recover files (they will have better programs and hardware to do that none of us do, and I've provided above).  Do NOT go to the Geek Squad or one of these centers of store-, they generally don't know what they are doing - it take for expert data recovery.  It will cost you a little and they generally offer no guarantees.  The decision is yours.

Good luck and I hope this helps!

  • Where the original Clipboard? When we cut/copy something, where it goes?

    Dear Sir

I did research on the internet, but I have found that this answer: "copy clipbrd.exe in system32 folder."

But without this, it's to allow to use the cut, copy and paste functions. So, there is an another Clipboard.

We, who ask the question 'where is Clipboard win7?' mean everything.

Where the original Clipboard? When we cut/copy something, where it goes?

    Thank you.

There is only a single Clipboard on Windows. This is an area of RAM (RAM), not a file. It contains the information that is captured with Ctrl + C.
