  I understand the frustration did it to you.  The HP Toolbox is available only with the full feature software, which is not an option in Windows 7. However, I see the full software functionality available in Windows 8, 8.1, and 10.  If you want to use the HP Toolbox, you must upgrade your operating system.

The drivers I have download block due to a theough to halfway 'Fatal Error', the installation and will not be installed. I just need to see if I can know where in the world the classified unpack so I can direct Windows to .inf files to complete the installation. I would rather do it manually because the installation of the software is about as useful as a door on a submarine.

  I don't know why this utility is not listed on the page of the Toshiba UE driver but I found the reading software Blu - ray Toshiba on the Toshiba driver page Australian Windoiws 8.1:

  But these utilities are not released for specific cell phone model.
