  This has nothing to do with a missing driver!
  The Windows operating system contains a Microsoft own driver and you will find all drivers and as I said earlier, the driver is not required!

  There must be another reason why the DVD will not work.

  You used a wrong method to get the drivers
  As you can see it the Satellite M100-191 belongs to the series of PSMA0E
  So you should search for M100 PSMA0E and not for M100-191
