• My computer has been destroyed and I have to re - install all my software.  I found my Adobe Acrobat order with serial number, but I have not found a way to re - download the product.

• (this is the 2nd attempt) I have SP1 with first Home Ed. I have received no Windows Update since 11/11/09. I have no error reporting and no problem, I just get a response that my system is up to date.

  AV program is norton and my anti-spyware program is Norton and my system is all green lights.  Norton has found 40 + tracking cookies.  I have
  delete cookies in Internet Iexplorer, individually, but not on a large scale.

  If you know if you're missing the updates?  Usually if you run Windows Update and it says that your system is up to date so that means that he has not found the updates apply to your system.  If you think that you get the updates, then you can reset Windows Update components and test again.  Here is a link with instructions if you want to do.

  I've identified a reproducible bug in Windows XP on the backup and restore of encrypted files (EFS) using the Win32 API.  I have a simple program that illustrates the problem.  The problem does not recur on Vista or Windows 7.  Even if MS will not solve the problem, because the level of support for XP, it would be useful to obtain an acknowledgement of the problem.

  Unfortunately, microsoft no longer provides support or updates for the xp operating system.

  There are two versions behind the OS vista and win7

  but since there are millions of xp still in use, expecially by company, then my suggestion is to create a blog about your discovery.   my suggestion is to blog on wordpress.

• Had a project done with first elements 11.  All media files and PRE files were in the same folder on an external hard drive.  Received a new computer, loaded first items 11 (which of course doesn't recognize not all previous projects as it is)

Then get a prompt asking you where the file "rendering-3090026..." (20 More digits) is located.  Looking for C drive and external hard drive without success. Help!

  No they are not deleted from the synchronization server when you disconnect the sync, but if you change your password for your Firefox account all your data will be erased of the synchronization server.

  This built-in feature only works with the first CS5.5, I think.  There may be some hacks registry or something to run around with first CS5.0, but I have the feeling that the only way to fly with success of stuff back as expected is to get the upgrade.

  Now, if that is indeed what you have and this is the case, then it is a different problem altogether.

  As time passes, I find most annoying bugs with Vista EU on my Qosmio G20. I think I installed all the drivers available. But still things are simply unforgivable.

  Vista bug? Hmm generally manufacturing operating system (Microsoft ;)) is responsible for the system clean. If you want you can report bugs in Vista to MS.

  I agree with you on the performance of the G20. This notebook can handle the Vista operating system very easily. But in my opinion it s not a question of the performance of the laptop but the issue of delay. The Qosmio G20 series seems to be out of the reach of driver Vista

• How to fix win 10 timeline stutter with first

  I have an Alienware GB 12 (bought in 2010) and it's always worked great with first.  I also have a Raid g I put all my images on.  The machine has lasted years with Win 7.  And earlier MS installed Win 10 without me giving him permission.

  The biggest problem I have now is to scrub the timeline.  Front with 7, I could scrub the timeline and just rubbed fast, slow as it should.  Now with 10, when I rub it stutters, which means that if I hit the arrow to try to speed through the timeline, it freezes up, then 3 seconds later the first image appears in the monitor of Prem, so I have to wait a few seconds to see the next image and so on.

  This problem has pretty much extra edition for me impossible to do.  When I hit the space bar, the timeline plays for a few seconds, then stutters, stops and then restarts.

  I am really at end on what to do.

  Thanks for your reply.  I don't have to worry about the drivers since I installed PP CS4 on my machine in 2016 and it worked great since then.

  All test files that I put in PP CC for this test work perfectly in PP CS4 - one PSD file, a file MOV of my camera and a clip video Shutterstock stock.  But they have all shown as white PP cc.  Here's a video I did with PP CS4 using the same files now appear as white in PP CC several years ago:

  -UPDATE I forgot to restart my computer after installing I did earlier.  I got this screen:

  

  Then open PP CC.  Then, all clips and videos and graphics seem to work now:

  

  One thing I have not done yet even if it seems to work, is that I have not tried to export a movie still with encoder CC.

  My question is and I know it's a stupid thing - but don't you think I'm OK now?  It seems that PP CC works perfectly, and contrary to the PP CS4 where I could rub is more the chronology, I can easily rub now properly rub.  Thoughts?
