  KarimS first, I recommend a check from your account to http://www.adobe.com/ you opened three separate cases with our support team and all three are waiting for your response.

  It also seems that if you are in North America and you have not purchased your software from Adobe directly.  Please visit http://forums.adobe.com/message/4634728#4634728 for more information on how to submit your proof of eligibility.  Once you have submitted your proof of eligibility, and it is approved, you will then be given access to your subscription.

  I also recommend that your e-mail address education in the presentation of your proof of eligibility.  This initiative will accelerate the process of you be made eligible.

  You need a dynamic Server backend. You can't do it just with Muse. You can connect to one of the catalyst for business advanced accounts to implement these features or use widgets from third party services. Otherwise look you in systems such as Joomla, Typo3, Wordpress etc. and not even set up with muse.

  I wonder if there is a place dedicated to minor or major improvements or supposed bug... In the past, I did it in this forum, but it might be a bit boring for others? Also, I expect a response to OR if reports of some unexpected behavior, etc., while in the forum not all entries can be filled.

  In addition, it might be useful if there is a site featuring all the officially recognized problems - it would help if you meet a 'strange' and this behavior already listed there - or not.

  Recently, I learned from this link (and not hidden) where to submit feature requests, and I thought of something similar... It does not exist, or it would be possible to implement?

  Of course, I can send annoying comments here, too, such as: in the target generation/settings/Version Info the checkmark label should read "Preview Substitutions' instead of"Substitutions Prevew":-)

  You can always ask here about the State of any bug or suggestion. I don't know if we always do, but we do not usually post the bug report ID so that you can ask about it later. But even if you do not have the bug report, you can just a link to the original discussion forum and we should be able to track it down.

  Regarding the general question to all available outside current known issues, it is a request that we have heard and we hope to eventually get there, but it is not a trivial thing. Our current bug report database has a large number of items that refer to internal issues only (i.e. problems found internally on the versions not released CVI) and also contains the questions duplicate, trivial problems, non-bugs (tasks), false alerts, reports of bugs that have not yet been considered, etc., etc. It is not a trivial task to filter the "known issues" that are relevant to our users, as well as determine exactly all versions of the product that have the bug. For example, create a list of corrections that you see when a new version of the CVI is available is always an intensive process of enough work, but it's doable because tracking of fixed bugs is very different, followed by outstanding issues.

  That said, we have not given up the idea, and we hope to eventually do something like this, because we are aware of the usefulness, it's customers.

• Acrobat Pro DC - eligibility criteria for students / teachers

  I work as a facilitator/tutor for a private university partner (University of GPP: www.bpp.com). Am I eligible for special education price on Acrobat Pro DC? A letter from my Director of faculty on a letterhead of the University would be acceptable as proof of eligibility? I don't want to go there and buy Acrobat Pro DC, for see then when I send my proof of eligibility, it is not acceptable.

  I contacted Adobe UK by phone yesterday, but ended up getting passed here and there between the help DC Adobe and Adobe Desktop team - and nobody I speak to in each Department seemed to be able to clearly and definitively answer this for me.

  If a member of the staff of Adobe could please clarify this for me, I would be very grateful.

  I recently bought a year, prepaid plan of student membership of the CC from Adobe. I see that my payment has been processed, I am able to download the invoice. Because my school does not offer the student emails, I need to show proof of eligability. However, I can't find the button 'submit the evidence '. I tried several web browsers and have searched the button without result. I am new to the Adobe community, and I'd appreciate any help.

  The key is to obtain and record the serial number genuine under your your Adobe ID be able to do it is the ultimate proof of a successful purchase.

  It should be possible to find a new unused and so no CS5 Illustrator/Suite, without need of license transfer.

  An opportunity, there EXTREMISM to transfer license by the incumbent of the registration of serial number holder, as said Monika; There is another requirement, namely that the series/license number has not been used as the basis for an upgrade to CS6 (in which case it is locked to this series/license number and cannot be sold).

  Transfer an Adobe product license

  In addition, an application must be disabled on any computer on which it has been activated.

  Obviously, new / used almost certainly will be reflected in the price.

  What type would, of course, you qualify for a student CC membership?

  For example, studying part-time at the Raindance Film School would work? I think doing a few classes with them, but it is quite expensive, as is the case, then it would definitely influence my decision if he would then call me to get first and AE at the reduced rate.

  Raindance Film School is an accredited Institute that grant degrees requiring two years of study full-time if good.  He can't do a course full time at this Institute to qualify.  If the Institute is eligible and you are registered here, then you qualify.  Proof of eligibility will be necessary.
