This man had the same accent and said he was calling from Windows. Again, he had said that I had downloaded a few files that were prejudicial to my laptop. He asked me to press the button icon windows with R and that the opening he asked me to check the menu drop down. It was obvious, so he started yelling letters to me that I had to type for him. I panicked told him someone was at the door and I went. I really do not trust these appellants then please please someone adjustable me right?

  You should not trust these appellants as Microsoft makes calls "never" unless you started contact with Microsoft, first to a very specific question.  These two calls were attemps to hacking your computer.

  New tabs with ads, downloads etc. keep opening on firefox also of new windows getting install supposed repair tools (eFix now). Executed ADWCleaner, Malware Bytes, TDSSkiller, uninstalled and reinstalled firefox but not anywhere... help greatly appreciated!

  ... In fact I think I have solved this. Unistalled Firefox again, then on a search I found a few Firefox files I deleted and I reinstalled and it seems to be ok now.
