• Why Adobe Muse is stuck while trying to merge changes made in the browser edition?

  My client contacted me this morning to let me know that one of his pages on its website was down and that it is urgent that it gets fixed. I immediately tried to open the Muse to merge the changes and re - upload the files. I did not work. Muse is stuck in the fusion of customer changes made in the browser edition. So, I called Adobe and have just spent two hours on the phone with a representative of Adobe Muse trying to solve the problem. It reaches point merger/day 2/3 of the files then crashes. The representative asked me to update to Muse that I did and again tried to merge the changes, and it did not work. Then, the representative asked me to change the Preferences of Muse folder in the library of 'old' then I was instructed to uninstall Muse and re - install on my computer. I did it. It still does not. Then the representative asked me to create a new user on my computer. What? Which makes no sense at all. When I asked to speak to the level 3 technical support, I was told that no one was available, but that she would have a supervisor call me back in a few minutes. I'm still waiting for a callback.

  For my client's site is not down, I decided with the permission of my client to not merge the changes she made and simply re - download the file I recorded previously.

  Can you get it someone please let me know how to solve the problem with ability to Muse to merge updates so that the next time this happens, I'm not wasting two hours on the phone and still not return the right answer or a call from Adobe?   First of all, I apologize for bad support experience you had. I forwarded this thread on the support Manager to take a look.

  It sounds like you hit a bug we have heard reports of the but have not yet isolated, when merging text. There are probably setting a text which, when trying to merge, plant Muse. Until fix us the bug, the best work around is to find this block of text (usually by clicking on merge on each change until it crashes in the Muse, sorry), restart Muse and then jump merger than one change. Afterwords, re-do the changes as part of this text by hand. I know this isn't a great work autour, but it should at least get you operational return.

  I tried SmugMug export plugin ALLOYPHOTO Publish and don't think it was what I need, I decided to go back to the free version of SmugMug to see that ALLOYPHOTO has fixed their Add-ons to be not suppressible.

  I see that Alloyphoto sells dozens of addons, so I recommend to anyone realize that Alloyphoto probably did this process with all of their software.  They announce the addons like that can be assessed for 10 days and don't tell you they did ensure that addons can be removed, is not what I call a trial product.

  Here are the steps to remove a LR plugin and delete it from your drive:

  1 file > plug-in Manager.

  2. in the left column, highlight the plugin and select it.

  3. in the right column, scroll down to the section of the State and, as appropriate, expand it by clicking on the triangle.

  4. click on view in the Finder (Mac) / show in Explorer (Windows) to open Finder/Explorer on the folder on the drive that contains the files of the plugin.   It ends in ".lrplugin".  On Mac, it will appear as a 'package' (a single file) and on Windows, it will appear as a folder.

  5. in the Solution Finder/Explorer, delete the plugin.

  6. in the LR plug-in Manager window, make sure the plugin is still selected and click Delete at the bottom of the left column.

  See the screenshot below. If you get hung up on any one of these steps, please indicate exactly what you've done and what has not worked.

  Try logging out of your cloud and Adobe Business Catalyst, then reconnect and try again. Also, check your updates for Adobe Muse.

  It happened to me in the past and if I remember correctly, the solution was so simple!

• Why Adobe does not recognize my password on my iPad?

  Unfortunately my iPad2 went swimming the other day and was drowned - serious error to the user.  Fortunately the user (me) had supported the iPad on a regular basis if all aps and setting data were recovered.  The only serious glitch occurred when I tried to open my books downloaded from the library using OverDrive. ADOBE came out and asked me to enter my ID and password.  When I did, Adobe did not recognize me, reported all of my books as 'Invalid securities' and my directed to "check your ADOBE ID and try again."  I typed the good, but then nothing else happened.

  Where can I check?  I checked in the settings but couldn't find anything that seemed useful.

  Please help... my check out itme book dance of the Dragons 5 expired before I could finish.  .. sad .sooo. I read a lot of books from the library in this way and now I'm completely locked.

  I wonder if you did the update of Overdrive which has just been launched until your iPad got wet? I think he could have issues with the update and approval from Adobe that I had the same problem.   In the settings I have turned off Auto play, download cell phone, the automatic downloads and auto check messages. I typed then clear titles deleted even if it takes place, no were not then I typed check to messages.clicked ok when he said there was not. Then you click on allow, tried twice with everything turned off then when it didn't work I turned on all the settings that I had turned off, do you have the permission again and it worked. I was able to download the books from the library directly from my iPad.

  Windows 7 is not compatible IE7, IE8 only higher, then you are either Win7 not running, or you don't have IE7.

  Adobe provides a product based on your "pay once" requirement.  It's incredibly cheap Photoshop Elements.  It contains 'power editing' beyond imagination several years ago.  Unless you have some printing of magazines and publishing capabilities, there is little you can do in elements.
