  • Go to Lightroom > Preferences.
  • Also please go to preferences > Performance tab and uncheck the box "use graphics processor.
  • Restart Lightroom and see if it works.
  • Please make sure you also update of Lightroom to the latest version, which is 6.3 Lightroom

  I recently upgraded to Lightroom CC and updated my video card.  Now, whenever I export, regardless of settings, my computer crashes (I think) when exporting.  It will export usually of 10 to 15 images and then crash.  It does not crash on specific images.  If I export even twice, it will crash on a different image each time.  I say that I "think" it crashes, because the screen turns off, then mouse stops working, but it seems that the computer is turned on and windows is not connect a crash.  There is nothing interesting in the system logs.  I disabled all plugins, and I tried activating / deactivating the GPU settings.  I am at a loss on what to do next to help out.  Help, please!

  I think I solved my problem, and it was not lightroom.  It was my PC.  I ran Prime95 to stress test my CPU, and I got exactly the same problem, computer off without reason.  That tells me that this problem is independent of LR.  It seems that the export of LR has been overload my CPU and PC downtime.  Maybe overheating.  So, I played around with the BIOS settings and managed to get a working config... until now.  I also replaced my power, thinking that the old 400W one was not powerful enough for my new video card.  For me, I think it was actually the BIOS config, that solved the problem.  I hope help you.

  Hello potential person to help me who I'll be always beholden to. I spent way too many hours on a video project of not going out of the perfect. When I exported the 1st time, my video was black borders on the left and right. which, in my opinion, the cause was my sequence settings. Although all of my images were shot in 1080 p, when I checked my settings in sequence, the video resolution is 4608 x 3072. After changing 1920 x 1080, I exported thought that my problem would be solved. The video has indeed had no vertical border on his side, but was enlarged - leaving aside the very important things in the rest of the images of my entire video. I have played with all the export settings and the settings of the sequence and cannot understand it. If you can teach me how to solve this problem so I will PayPal you $5 and send a video to a sweet air high-5. Please, I beg you!

  I thought about it! I want to keep this the answer incase share and everyone has the same problem.

  1. Even if I changed my height and the width of the resolution up to 1920 x 1080 in my basic video settings, I have not clicked the button string you can see (circled in red) on the bottom right of this photo.

     2. So the channel button connects the height and width of the video and always locks to resize to create a certain aspect ratio.
     3. I also changed the Source parameter, you can see 'Ladder to fill in' circled in the upper left corner of the photo, to rid my video of all the borders.

  I am currently working on my new project in Redcode 4.5 k shoot and I got in big trouble export my movie.

  I tried to export the movie to the H.264 format / HDTV 1080 p 25f and there was NO noise or a sound terrible when I looked the exported movie!

  Can it be a problem that I copied a number of sequenzes varius in a sequence? I did it because I wanted to have a sequence where I can put the pieces together.

  Maybe that's the problem!

  Am fantastischen an meinem neuen Projekt und beim Exportieren ist folgendes aufgetreten problem:

  ICH Versuche in first Photo aus einer zu exportieren sequence das mit dem Vorgabe Format H.264: HDTV 1080 p 25f dann erhalte ich einen Film mit entweder Bel your oder mit einem hohen Pfeiffen.

  DAS Filmmateriao das ich wurde auf einer bearbeite redone Redcode Codec quality 4.5 k.

  Kann're breast dass der nicht ist weil ich fertig einzelne possible export sequences kopiert habe und einer neuerstellten sequence zusammengefügt habe, eine quasi sequence as scenes standing habe um sie fertig sleeps aus the other scenes-sequences zusammenzustellen.

  Ware toll wenn someone could help!

  Hello! Welcome to the forums here at Adobe!

  As long as you can hear the sound when you play through your final sequence, you should have no problems to export as long as your audio options are correctly set in your export Panel. Nesting of the sequences that you have described is a very common task and will not at all affect your audio files.

  Make sure that your "Export the Audio" checkbox is checked in the window of your export. If this isn't the case, then that would explain your problems. If it is checked, then there may be something more deep as the cause, in which case it would be helpful if you could post us screenshots of your table of sound mixing and the head section of your audio tracks in the timeline panel.

  Also make sure that you're using Adobe PrPro 5.5 and that you have all the updates correct, including the RED importer, as the new RED files do not work in older versions of first. If files were shot on the RED Epic, sound doesn't work at all in native file (known bug) first and so you will have to use program Cine - X RED to export audio files to make separately and synchronize with your video. However, you would never get audio in your timeline at all, and so I think you would have noticed this problem before that you have to export, so I think that's not your problem.

  Good luck and report what you find with your export settings!

  I did a big session today and shot all in JPEG format (by accident). Worked on them in the same way as I would with RAW files in Lightroom, but when I export them, the changes I made do not seem to export.

  Could someone please give me a shout, I fear I have to redo everything in Photoshop (which wouldn't be as good in any case).

• Premiere Pro CS6 generates the HUGE file - settings of the encoder help please

  Use PPCS6 to create a 6-minute AVI file. The video source is a screenshot of Camtasia AVI for an application that runs on 3 monitors, making the screen/video resolution 5760 x 1200 with a rate of 30. I need the same resolution/output format (Camtasia won't do that, where my first use).

  The original screenshot is slightly less than 2 GB.

  The output of AVI since Media encode is 45 GB that is simply too big to use.

  Is there some settings I can use which will create a file of about the same size (less than 3 GB), and always look as sharp as the initial capture?

  My current encoder settings are:

  Codec: Microsoft video 1

  Quality: 90

  Width: 5760

  Height: 1200

  Frame rate: 30

  Field order: lower first

  Appearance: Square Pixels (1.0)

  Depth: 8 bit

  Key frame interval: 8

  Optimize images checked.

  Use of Camtasia files their own codec TechSmith (TSCC) that is highly optimized for Screen Capture where virtually nothing changes from one image to the image, and realistic you can beat it with any one of the default codecs, which are designed for full-motion video. With MV1 file size is what I would expect from such a massive resolution. Also, do you really need 30 images per second? Most of the screencaps OK look at 12 15 or even at a push.

  You should be able to encode to AVI/TSCC, if you have Camtasia on the same machine as Prem, otherwise you can download the pack codec for free from the Web of Techsmith site.

  It's actually a compiled response someone put in place and I would attribute it - but I forgot where I copied it... such is the "internets"...

  At any rate, this describes your situation. It shows where the key is to Office and Windows and how to tell the difference. You don't mention which key you were talking about, so it covers all the basics:

  "1. you just installed Office in a retail box you just bought?  If Yes, go to control panel, programs and features programs and see if there is another copy of Office installed in addition to the suite that you have just installed.  Some pre-installed trial Office 2007 suites may conflict with the product key validation process.  If you see a copy of Office installed, then uninstall it and try to run your new new Office program.  Chances are that your product key now works.
  2. If you use the 25-digit product key that you found on a sticker on the bottom of your laptop or on the back of your desktop, then you are using the wrong key.  This key is the product key for the Windows operating system and NOT for the Office Suite.  The correct product key for the Office suite will be in one of these places:
  a. within the Cabinet Office 2007 (if you purchased Office in a retail store)
  b. inside an e-mail on the site online where you purchased Office
  c outside of the CD, on a sticker

• export, bitrate help please

  I just had to first pro and am still learning how to use it. im going to export my first project. I have a few questions on the bitrate of the export frame:

  1. can I set the target bit rate higher than the speed of transmission that I shot? What is going on? It help/question?
  2. im not export to youtube (his will be on a USB and I don't like that the file is the size or duration) so I should put my bitrate to flow I shot?
  3. so the difference between the flow rate target and the maximum is: target = target flow rate at the end of the export (that videos in the timeline to export to) and maximum = for videos in the timeline that contain more information (so can be exported slightly higher for better quality). (?).

  You can adjust the flow to what you want, but it won't be better than the images you shot.  Well well... not strictly true if you have many effects, but true.

  The difference between the target and the maximum bit rate has to do with the action in the video.  Let's say you have a talking head most of the time and then a few clips of sprinters race.  When the talking head is on the screen you need not that number of "bits" to view it because not much is moving.  The video would be compressed to your target rate. But when the sprinters come you need much higher throughput to display their quick movement.  This is when the maximum bitrate goes into action and, in this example, you may want your maximum rate to be much higher than your target bit rate so the sprinters would look really good.

  If you care what your file size is (or you want to make a master file which you re - compress later) I would recommend H.264 export and "corresponds to the source - broadband '.  This will give you a nice video of the research that needs to quickly export.  The irony is that less compress you, faster export is actually!

• I see more option "uncompressed" for video export. Help, please

  I am currently using a Mac and create graphics of LED using After Effects CS4.  After an update from my computer, I'm more able to select uncompressed in the video settings, when I'm ready to export (AS AN AVI).  the uncompressed option is in fact not even more there.  I did something wrong? Any help is appreciated.

  Yosemite is not on the list of operating systems that CS4 is compatible with the requirements of the system: system requirements | After Effects

  I'm surprised CS4 (version 9) same lance on Yosemite!

  The oldest version of AE which is officially supported on Yosemite CS6 and it is only when it is updated 11.0.4 (Note: this is more recent than CS4 two versions)

  My recommendation is to get your system on the old operating system or upgrade your software in addition to the BONE.

  13.1.1 After Effects (later) version is filled with lots of features, you're missing out on CS4. It even comes with cinema 4 D Lite included free!

• After that I did a lot of renaming all my pictures are a white block! Help, please

  I made a batch in bridge renaming and all my photos jpeg, transformed into a white block, pictures are gone, PS, or bridge to recognize the file. That's happened?

  I also had a file PSD of each photo that still shows the photo in the bridge, but not open, it says that it does not recognize the file.

  I choose the option to keep the original name and the extension.

  I tried to rename and change the file. ext, but it does not help.

  It seems that you have more then one point or several extensions in the name of the file.

  But perhaps a screenshot of your content with names window would clarify a bit more.

  In general, you should use only a point in a file name and it's the one at the end of the file name (for a jpeg file that would mean ".jpg").

  Just select a file in the window content and with right click of the mouse, choose duplicate. This provides a double with the addition of copy file after the name of the file and before the extension. Just select the full domain and type: test.jpg and then try again.

• My computer freezes and gets the blue screen at least three times a day. I cannot understand why, and I'm frustrated. Help, please!

  My computer makes sure to plant three to five times a day. It always ends with the blue screen of death and strong buzz. I think it's perhaps because of Spotify, but I've updated, reloaded and all and yet the program itself and my computer still seems to hang. I really don't think that it is good for my computer hangs at 3 times a day. I've had this computer for about 2 months and it is brand new. (Windows 7, I use Google Chrome, it's an Acer 5250-639. I'm frustrated and would be really grateful for the help!

  Bug WORKER_THREAD_RETURNED_AT_BAD_IRQL control has a value of 0x000000E1. This indicates that a thread of work completed and returned with IRQL > = DISPATCH_LEVEL.

  Had suddenly look and according to the atikmpag.sys whocrashed pilot next is the cause of the crash. It's your ATI graphics card driver. You must go to www.ati.com then goto support and drivers and download it from there.

  Although it suggests, it's the driver causing the problem it may not be the problem. However, it is a good place to start.

• Why are there no exports in batches of several clips from Premiere CS6?

  This is a no-brainer.  All other NLE this has had at least a dozen years, yet PP CS6 makes you export clips INDIVIDUALLY rather than by sending them as a batch. What a waste of time for someone seeking to switch to FCP CS6 and find that it's slower.

  With the last update (CC7.1), first supported exporting multiple selected items - clips or sequences of project. Select them in the project Panel, then go to file > export > Media.
