Unless the font you want to edit with is actually installed on your system, there is no way for Acrobat allow editing text that uses this font, regardless of whether or how much of the police is embedded in the PDF itself.   Since I don't have Helvetica Neue LT Std installed on my computer systems, I tried using the function to change to the text from Acrobat to edit the text with the different faces of Helvetica Neue LT Std family. No problem! Assuming you are actually trying to change the text, if you have the fonts installed on your system, you should be good to go, so to speak.

  When you paste an image into a table of numbers cell, image is pasted as a "Filling of Image" and, by default, is scaled to fit the current size of the cell.
