Why can't buy individual images when my license for 10 months have been used

I have a 10 images a month subscription since I transferred the Club Photo dollar in April 2016. This month I have exceeded my 10 licenses and, as expected, he was offered unique shopping for a special reduced price of Dollar Photo Club of £0.69 (just for the first year).Payment offer.png

Unfortunately the site won't let me complete the purchase by saying:

"Payment error. There is a problem with your payment. Please try again later or contact Adobe technical support. »Payment error.png

I contacted Adobe Support several times and they have not solved the problem. 2 weeks later, I am told by a call center person:

Please continue to wait, we know that many of our customers have this problem.

I have clients waiting for me to buy images for their projects.

Can anyone advise me as to what I should do?

Could you please re - enter your payment details for your account management page Stock plan - under Plans & products - and then try to place the order.
