  I'm sorry that I misunderstood your request. For the next release, we have creative cloud package and you can download it on one machine and install on other machines.

  The basic procedure is:

  1. install iTunes.

  2. connect your iPod using the white USB cable supplied *.

  3. wait for your iPod to be recognized and the drivers to install.

  4. If iTunes is not automatically then start syncing your iPod to your computer then, in iTunes, click on the iPod (in upper right) button then the Synch button at the bottom. Now wait for the synchronization to complete - this can take some time depending on the size of your music library, etc.

  iPod Touchs can also synchronize wireless * when properly setup to do.

• Why can't I see all the pods in RoboHelp 7?

  I can't view the pods in RoboHelp 7 after update of Java. Docs beta expected in 24 hours. Any suggestions?

  I may be off base here, because the update of Java may or may not be a Kipper. This phenomenon (without pods) can also occurred in this scenario:

  1. Voluntarily, you close all your pods EXCEPT the editor Design view in order to eliminate interference and simply look at the subject with as much real estate as possible.
  2. A topic is left open in the Design Editor and everything works fine.
  3. The author closes the project
  4. The author reopens RoboHelp for a different project.
  5. Because nothing had been previously loaded for this new project, there is nothing to load in Design view, so it is empty giving the illusion that the pods are gone forever.
  6. The fix in RoboHelp 7 (guessing because I don't have it on this machine) is to go file > environment > Load Default environment. and return all the pods.

  If this does not work, then suggestion of Peter seems the only recourse.

• Why can I not see all the image files? Import in Lightroom CC 2015.2.1 HARD drive

  When I try to import image files with the new dialog browse computer and point the Explorer select a folder on all the right places, none of my image files are visible. I just get "no element not corresponding to your search.

  However, I am still able to import from a USB SD on my Win 7 desktop PC card drive but Lightroom is no longer able to recognise the content of my hard drives as a source of import since the "upgrade".

  The option to browse computer, you will be asked to select a folder.

  Please help my request. I need a "network controller" a "Ethernet controller" & "SM Bus controller". I tried Dell, but to no avail.

  I just carefully re-assembled my system, after that it crashed - ironically - all using a Dell Diagnosticts fix - it thing.  It is now up & running & wear well - almost - don't you miss the foregoing.

  Have had a terrible with her problem as soon as it is out of the box.  but am a 63 retirement & don't want to send emails-he & receive some letters she has good woman too - which was the reason why I bought this blessed 'time composter' as I call it, in the first place.

  I'm sure that Dell support can guide you through the process of installing drivers from the CD on the web site or resources. Of course, web site requires the use of another pc with internet access to download the files and run then the computer with any questions. I want to give you direct links for downloads, but it would be better just to have a technical support lead you, because they have even remote support tools.

• Why can't I install all the applications in the creative cloud?

  I just paid for the monthly package of photographer and downloaded creative cloud, but when I press on install next to the selection of Photoshop there is no answer and now Photoshop appears in the section 'Installed' even if it is not installed and it still reads 'Install' just next door. IM on a Macbook Pro running Yosemite 10.10.2. Anyone have any ideas?

  close your office cc app, delete the file OPM.db and reconnection in the desktop application of creative cloud using the Adobe ID associated with your subscription.

  • Mac OS: You can locate the file OPM.db in the \User\\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE folder. To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 Lion.

(element creative cloud in applications that then gives the icon in the toolbar on the screen) when I click the icon it then tells me to updates are available, the options it gives me not allowing me to access applications or files etc. (in other words impossible to install Adobe Illustrator) is 'INSTALL NOW' or 'QUIT', I click on install now and it appears the error... "Setup could not access the critical file. Please try to reinstall (error code: 43)
