Why can't I get rid of the ugly blue baby?

Since I started using Windows 7, I used a blue color theme. Recently, I decided that I'm really tired of the Blues and has decided to move. Some of my most used apps are NOT blue and it runs. So, I went with a theme of amber color for Windows.

But, to my complete misunderstanding, I discovered that there seems to be no way to get rid of this horrible blue baby explore and other windows no matter how I put them in the dialog 'window color and appearance '.

And NOT ONLY THAT, but this has been a known defect (known to the MS) Windows 7 goes all the way back for 2009.

So I thought I would at least check to make sure: is it true that there is no way to remove the baby blue color hideous some of the windows in Windows 7?

And if not, can someone please inform me how fix?

Most of the explore toolbars and such uses graphics to give them shaded color or a shade.  The theme only controls the color of border/glass, but graphs of the toolbar would need to be replaced by different images to change their colors (it is not a variable in development, it's a literal image).

So, you can use a skin program to replace the assets of photo file (WindowBlinds is an excellent program that does), or you can use the "classic" theme (which turns off all graphic and assets used only programmable colors).
