  Have you actually created a sequence? If not, go to file > New > sequence, or drag one of your video clips to the icon of a new element at the bottom of the project Panel. You can also click on that to get the option new sequence.

  I do an animation of cartoons. Normally I open windows Explorer and drag an image of it on the timeline. I left my open project and came back a few hours later. When I tried to drag an image in there, he would not go. I restarted my computer and tried with another project. It still does not work.

  It is possible either by using the timeline or actionscript tweens motion tweens.  You want to gradually increment the object _rotation property to give the appearance of spinning, although this would be a view flat spinning, not a spinning 3-d effect.

  It really depends on the type of interpolation. The upper part is usually where there is a motion Tween where the instance is interpolated is the same instance of library at both the beginning and the end (with the exception of the effects, scale or position etc.). The background type of interpolation is seen when using motion tweens where the trial and the last are different it is in the shape tween.

  The solid line on the timeline in general means a new keyframe may be empty or with new content/instance on the stage in a layer.

  You can try the following.

  Shut down the PC.  Tap away at f8 that you start the PC to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select Safe mode and press ENTER.  If windows will load in this mode, on the Start Menu, click principally made programs, click Accessories, click System Tools and run the system restore.  Choose a restore point at least 24 hours prior to the issue of logon and then proceed to the restoration.  When you are finished, Windows will restart as normal in order to check if you can now connect correctly.

  Another option if the above does not help is as follows.

  Shut down the PC.  Tap away at f8 that you start the PC to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select "Start using last good known Configuration" and press ENTER.
