     2. Once the wizard is completed, click to open Firefox directly after clicking the Finish button.

While this works very well when printing from my laptop (29 Chrome on Ubuntu 13.04), it does not when printing my Nexus 10 (Android 4.3) or my Galaxy Nexus (CyanogenMod 10.1.3). I tried printing both outside and inside the network on which the printer is on, but whenever I get "could not read data" in the Cloud Print dialog box. It seems that Cloud Print knows that the printer exists, since it is on the list, but it cannot communicate with the printer. Any way to solve this problem?   Method 1.
  Here's how you can solve this problem:

  a. download the latest version of Windows Live Messenger available onhttp://explore.live.com/windows-live-Messenger-XP

  b. update of Windows XP through Windows Update.

  c. go to "C:\Program Files\Windows Live" and remove the 'Messenger' folder (Note: replace 'C' with your root drive letter)

  d. go to "C:\programdata" (Note: replace 'C' with your root drive letter) and remove Windows Live install and WLInstaller, if you have a

  e. restart the PC.

  f. run the installation program that you downloaded.

  Method 2.
  If the problem persists I recommend you ask your question on the dedicated Windows Live forums.

  Hi once again, fortunately today I bring better news! As a result of a serious lack of assistance from Apple themselves, have no idea of "The Tech Guys" in the world PC and extremely unnecessary hours at Microsoft, I've sorted it me. In other words, the main problem with mine was the Apple Software Updater. Even with "Revo" I was unable to remove it. I decided to download "Windows Installer Clean Up" from there where I could find (it was also free!). I used it and immediately found, I could choose the Apple Software Updater and remove it with very little hassle in all. I proceed to download the new iTunes, and I'm a very happy Bunny!   I try to install Adobe Reader Touch to my Surface installed Pro Windows 8.1 Microsoft Windows store.  I get the following message is displayed:

  "Your purchase could not be executed.

  Something has happened and it's impossible to make your purchase.  "Error code: 0 x 080070057.

  Only, this seems to be a problem with Adobe Reader Touch.  I was able to install applications from other vendors and Adobe (for example, Photoshop Express to the elements).  So it doesn't seem to be a problem with my Adobe account, or a problem with Windows Store system.

  Anyone have this problem?  All solutions?

  I recommend contacting Microsoft about this error message as it is returned by the windows store program.

  Furthermore, I you recommend to download the installer for Adobe reader offline using this link (Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution ) and then try to install on your device pro surface.
