  You can check the settings in "clear history of Firefox closing:

  • Do not delete the "browsing history".
  • Tools > Options > Privacy: history: [X] clear history of Firefox closing > settings

  It is also possible that there is a problem with the sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak files in the Firefox profile folder.

  I use sensitive HTML available in RoboHelp 11.  On all of my new help files, the layout works very well and my icons appear correctly.  On all my old files of assistance that have been converted, my icons do not take in the bar for the Tablet and phone.  I use the theme of Government (Theme2_Government), but modified the file for our colors and logos.  I exported the file .slz and I use the same slz file in all the help files.  The only help files that are cutting the icons are the help files that have been converted from an earlier version of RoboHelp.  No idea why this would happen?

  I just downloaded the new update of RoboHelp 11.04 patch and it solved the problem.

  Please follow the documented procedure to the recovery of data from an old profile and answer here if you have problems at any stage. Specifically the Favorites are stored in places.sqlite and password are stored in key3db and signons.sqlite (the two files are necessary).

  I deleted my cookies on 08/10/10 and since then, firefox keep cookies for more than one browser session. I checked my settings and nothing has changed. the box for accept cookies is checked, as is the box to accept third party cookies. cookies are accepted until they expire.

  Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite and cookies.txt, if they exist, in the profile folder in the cookies.sqlite case has been corrupted.

  I have just had an update to V33 because I did not see this problem before today. I myself was not playing with the configuration in the last two weeks.   Located on the taskbar at the bottom and to the right of the Start button I have my different programs, for example, Outlook, Excel, Windows Explorer, Internet Explorer, etc.  If you place your mouse on, for example, the Internet Explorer icon that I used to have small thumbnails to show me various instances open IE Windows.  But now thumbnails are gone and have been replaced by entries in the topic.

  I have no idea what I did to change the view, and I prefer the thumbnail view.  Anyone know how to fix this?

  Right-click on your desktop, choose Customize and choose a theme from the list located in the Aero section.  The same engine that powers the previews is the network that feeds the transparent borders and edges, so using this theme it will correct.
