The first column has textfields where they type in their solution (and then save the PDF for their own reference). The second column using textfields in which I put in tips and solutions to the task, they are initially hidden from view and students can press a button to display help one fields required.

  What I use: windows 7 pro 64-bit and windows 8.1 64-bit using Indesign cs6 recorded copies fully implemented to date. processor i7 4 GB RAM

  1. create a text box.

  2 Add text to the box.

  3. right click on the text box and choosing interactive > convert to text field

  4 change the default to hidden so that triggered

  5. Add text to the new field of text through the text tool

  6 create a button in the pane buttons and sample forms

  7. Select the button to display the text field on the tap

  8. export to interactive PDF

  9. open in acrobat x pro (10.1.1)

  10. click on the button

  what I get is an empty text field, the text on step 5, I wrote went.

  I use Indesign cs6... I worked in indesign from cs.  I did many complex data merges in 5.5 and before, but now in CS6, when I do to create the pages merged, it my first one of the centers and throw the rest out of the page.  I mean multiple images to a page.  Unique to a page works fine.

  In addition, I worked with windows xp and now I'm on a Windows 7 computer.  Don't know if that makes a difference, but thought it was worth mentioning.

• Why is InDesign CS6 extremely slow loading?

  The company I work has bought for several licensed copies of more creative and since then it has been installed. I use the machine with the following characteristics:

  CPU: i7-3770 @ 3.4 (4 core, 8-wire, 8 MB cache)

  Operating systems: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, mount 7601)

  RAM: 8 GB DDR3

  V/c: Radeon HD 5450

  HARD drive: 60GB SSD OCZ Vertex 3 (primary)

  HARD drive: 1 x 2 + 1 x 1 TB SATA 3 discs.

  About 3 weeks, the machine has become unresponsive due to a problem of Photoshop CS6 64-bit with Internet Explorer. At that time, I had to kill the process in Task Manager; and since then, it has not been the same since.

  All 64-bit for Adobe Creative Suite applications, take so long to open; I can go and have a cup of coffee and come back to find that it's still bloody loading.   Before I deleted fonts, I checked the time date stamp. As I also use Corel Draw X 6, a program call "Bit Font Navigator' that loads fonts from third party and gives a list; where you can choose which fonts you want, and they can be installed. The installation isn't that short, so the fonts real themselves, are not actually sitting in the fonts directory; unless of course you physically copy all this in what is rather stupid.

  Whenever I load (start-up costs) system, there is a date stamp time indicated the same day where he will automatically load the fonts from an external source in the Windows fonts directory.

  I only checked in the latest dates and subsequently deleted the fonts of this particular group; 29/04/2013. I didn't touch anything else. Regarding police Tahoma, I checked that too. It shows the date of publication 05/11/2011. Just to remind, I touched only the fonts that had the year 2013 in them.

  After a reboot later, that's when I noticed these other issues.

  Adobe strongly recommends use of PDF/X-4, which retains direct management transparency and color all the way to the INVESTIGATION period.

  PDF/X-1a is indeed antiquated for any content that uses anything other than CMYK + spot color or transparency.

  All modern PDF workflow software supports PDF/X-4. If you are printing to a PostScript RIP, Acrobat Pro (version X and XI) can print PDF/X-4 of tears (or printers) pretty well.

  She pasted art or graphics incorporated? It is a performance killer. Working from a network or removable drive location can be a problem as well.

• Why InDesign CS6 is add shadow to the other layers instead of just selected?

  I chose an image object to add shadow. Then the shadow also appears on the text and the other place of objects on different layers. They (the other text and objects) are not selected and did not effect that are applied to them.  In the effect controls panel I have off global light - as well. The text shadow, whatever his position layer above or below the layer with the object of the image and the target.
