  I guess I need to know at some point in the past, but your site has made me remember / realize that you can create a tunnel in and select the image in a container of thumbnails or slideshow hero and delete the image without deleting the container (by double clicking on until 'The Image' is selected). The result is that you are left with an empty container of miniature and heroes in the slide show. This seems to be what has happened with this slideshow.

  If you use the layers panel, you can see the empty thumbnails, the six entries of "Miniature" down. If you select and delete (by shift + click on the box to the right of each item in the layers panel), you can press DELETE to remove all pairs of container empty thumbnail/hero of the slide show.

  I would say it is not certain that it is, it's a virus - this error is usually a corrupt file system that needs a Recovery Console chkdsk/r to get the system running again, and then to fix the underlying problem that which is corrupted system file in the first place (I still think Norton/Symantec for this problem).

  For this error, you should generally not start with a repair and I would rather push me in the eye with a sharp stick that do a re installation.  I've never done a repair or reinstall XP problem in my life!

  It is extremely unlikely for people who post here to have a genuine XP bootable installation CD.  The people who post here need instructions to fix things without any kind of XP bootable installation CD.  This happens to have one, so much the better (but this will probably be an old version of Service Pack) but the fact is that most people have never seen a genuine XP bootable installation CD in their lives.

  If you want to suggest a resettlement which includes a FULL formatting, it would be useful to also include instructions on how make a backup of the files and folders before the reinstallation because after they FULL format and reinstall them, they come back and say 'Where are all my files?' and then you say "Gone forever."

  Maybe someday the dialog box 'ask a question' forums XP will ask these questions automatically when a new thread is started so I don't have to ask every time.  It might even be possible to solve a problem in a single response when enough information is provided.

  In Windows 7, the AllUsers folder is not a real file.

  It is a symbolic link that redirects to the C:\ProgramData folder.

  ProgramData is not hidden, by default.

  The correct syntax for the Attrib command would be,

  C:\>attrib h ProgramData

  You can view all files by going to the tab options\View Organize\Folder and research.
