  Try to reset the App Store:

  As its been almost a year that it is updated, you may be better off to backup your data and backup of your entire system, so you can get back to this point at least if something goes wrong. Then:

  Update your anti-virus software and run a full scan. Then download, install, update and run a full scan with Malwarebytesfree. Keep it free, no need to start a trial etc. Malware can be a cause of failure of the updates, the scan won't take long to run and should report something nasty, if its there.

  Then you can try the following:

  Unfortunately, when we run the query XML is slow; a full table scan occurs on the query and the xmlindex do not get used.
  We are at a lost as to why the xmlindex serves not - before and after collecting pass them on the underlying table for the ACME_CUST?
  Especially with highly selective predicates in the WHERE clause.

  Hi, I'm looking for a 3 different computers. One is a Windows 7 32-bit, one is a Windows 7 64-bit and the other is a Mac with os x 10.8. All have version 11.9.900.170 installed. I have the mms.cfg file properly configured. I checked the Task Scheduler and it shows that it runs the update every hour with success. Yet it is not updated to the latest version of Flash player.  Also, I know that the 64-bit computer installs versions of 32 and 64-bit Flash player. Is the mms.cfg file must be in two places: C:\windows\System32\Macromed\Flash & C:\windows\SysWoW64\Macromed\Flash?

  The problem isn't with the notification of update because the users do not have administrative permissions to do the installation anyway.  I was trying to understand why the silent update wasn't going to version 12.   I got Creative Suite Premium installed on my laptop for years and not had any problems.  I installed it on my home office and activation has been accepted.  Other programs of the Suite work but Photoshop will only as far as the blue window and the hourglass just sits there.  I work with XP Pro and when I open the Photoshop Task Manager is presented as does not.  I tried to repair it with the installation disk and I tried to uninstall/reinstall twice but nothing seems to help.

  As I put the Suite on my laptop, the installation discs were on my book shelf.  What could possibly prevent opening Photoshop?

  You must physically delete (or rename) the preference files or, if you use the Alt, Ctrl, and shift, don't forget you get a confirmation dialog box.

  This resets all settings in Photoshop default.   A complete uninstall/reinstall will not affect preferences and a corrupted file may be the cause of the problem.
