In my google for a topic search results, links to many of the results (not wikipedia, but most of the other sites 'reliable') lead to the same redirect URL: Search - milk .net, which then redirects to all kinds of content, random and other unwanted web pages. It's like having a pop up ad to support the browser. Should what settings I use to control these redirects in google? It doesn't looking for yahoo, BTW.

Under menu > behavior > the content of the Site > Pages

All my pages have an icon next to them that looks like this:

  • Why won't tv guide ads display Web site?

This just started happening. All updates applied. The site works correctly when you use Internet Explorer. I have installed NoScript, it says to "temporarily allow all the" without change. It goes the same for Adblock Plus, I disabled it for tvguide.com and still no change. In addition, any link on the page don't work. The URL will change, but the page remains that the image included.

TitanTV site still works, but I use it rarely (it displays wrong channel numbers).

I have not had problems with any other Web site (so far).

  • Seizure semi-automatic Firefox redirects me to the wrong Web site

Sometimes, when I type a URL of Web site in the address bar, it autocompletes the URL of the Web site, but then after I pressed Enter, it goes to the wrong website (the website that appears first on the drop-down list).

My example is when you type 'tw' in the address bar, it autocompletes, 'twitch.tv', but when you press Enter, it goes to, "twitter.com".

Follow these steps to delete data in a drop-down list:

    1. Select an entry in the drop-down list with the mouse or the cursor key
do not click with the mouse or press the Enter key
    2. Press the DELETE key (on a Mac: shift + del) to delete the highlighted entry

There are two prefs associated auto-fill in the address bar that you can examine and change on the topic: config page.

    • browser.urlbar.autoFill
    • browser.urlbar.autoFill.typed

You can open the topic: config page via the address bar.
You can accept the warning and click on "I'll be careful" to continue.

  • Why is there the databases for two Web sites in my appdata roaming default firefox profile folder?

    Www.fling.com _ C:\Users\user\appdata\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\i4unw84s.default\databases\http_

                                                                                                                                                                          C:\Users\user\appdata\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\i4unw84s.default\databases\https_cashier.bovada.lv_

Two of these databases of site are 64 KB and io_temp.sqlite files. I want to know how they were created and what information is that are stored there. I know that my boyfriend goes to the website of bovada much, but want to know if he has information of personal connection stored for two of these sites. I know that they are not cookies because I saw the list of cookies and delete the and these files are still there. I really want to know if the only way that the sites Web could be in the folder because he saved intentionally information stored on these sites and if not, then why they are part of a roaming profile?

Hello, I could not find any documentation on what the data in the profile or an io_temp.sqlitefolder - file would do in firefox (perhaps it was a first version of dom storage or indexeddb).
If you have questions about the use of these sites by your boyfriend, you should probably talk with him directly about this, instead of finding an answer in this way...

  • Why Firefox will open link hotkeyed a Web site as a Web page on my PC but download a php file that opens in the language machine when using Firefox on my Mac?

If I use Safari as my browser, the hotkey opens on another Web page, as it should, without going through a php file download process when the Firefox browser is used. What gives?

Oops, I need to sign up for anything on the site...

Here are a few things you can do additional tests:

    (1) when you download the newsletter, it is in PDF format?

    (A) on your Mac, you may need to name the file downloaded with a .pdf at the end of the file name extension so that it can open in Adobe Reader (or an extract or other PDF reader that you use).

    (B) on your PC, can you say display the newsletter if it's displaying in the plugin Adobe Acrobat, PDF Viewer integrated Firefox or another plugin?

    (2) more suggestions if necessary.

  • Why can't I view a specific Web site?

On IE or Google Chrome it won't let me watch this website called secretbuilders.com. I have restored and reset everything under the Advanced tab, on Internet Options(on IE).

    Hi didi,.

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you have problems with the scretbuilders.com site opening in one of the browsers.

But I would like to know some more information on this issue to help you better.

    (1) you are able to access all the other sites?

    (2) the site was earlier working in this computer?

    (3) you are able to open the site in any other computer?

    (4) what version of IE are you using?

In the meantime, please follow the following suggestions to solve the problem.

Method 1: You try to add the site to the security area and check if that helps. You can follow the link below to do the same.

Security zones: adding or removing websites

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/security-zones-adding-removing-websites#1TC=Windows-7

Method 2: If the step above does not help then, open Internet Explorer mode no. Add-on and verify its operation. Follow the steps mentioned below to open Internet Explorer 11 in no add-on mode:

    a. click on start.

    b. go to all programs.

    c. click on Accessories.

    d. Select System Tools.

    e. click on Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

If you are able to access Internet sites, after disabling the Add-ons, try to activate an add-on at a time and check what the module is causing the problem. Follow the below link to do the same.

    Manage Add-ons in Internet Explorer

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Internet-Explorer/Manage-Add-ons#IE=IE-10-win-7

I hope this helps. Otherwise, feel free to write us again with the required information and we will be happy to help you.

    Thank you

  • Why is flash player installed from a Web site?

  • Why change my profiles on their own Web sites

When you use adultfriendfinder.com and/or plentyoffish.com, my profile I changed daily, sometimes even if I logged onto the site. It will also remove some, if not all my photos that I posted.

Anyone would be angry with you? I'm not familiar with these sites, but if someone either can connect as you (i.e., knows your user name and password) or if someone broke into your computer and manipulates the sites in the background, so that this kind of things can happen.

If you haven't already done so, I suggest to change your account passwords as soon as POSSIBLE, your account recovery email address (and personal questions, if any), registration of double check out and you log in again. Then, I would like to change the password on the email account that you are using for the recovery account, just in case someone who has as well.

I also suggest a disconnection of all these services in your browser using the link provided by the site so someone with remote access to your computer would not be able to simply open a browser in your last session. And disable any automatic password filling for these accounts.

Search your computer for malware. Our support article offers free scanning/cleaning tools which take a long time to run. If they end up question and especially if they require a payment, you may have a serious infection. Please visit the specialty forums listed in the article in this case.
