  1. what operating system (OS) you upgrade?
  2 what is a 32 or 64 bit OS?
  3. you try to install a 32-bit or 64-bit of Windows 8?

  You can try these methods to see if it solves the problem

  I managed to install Windows 10 on my Aspire 5250 and Aspire 5749 notebook series. But it is not supported as a device Windows 10 who qualify for the free upgrade.

  I would like to help you today with the installation of your new HP ENVY 5530 e-all-in-one printer on your Mac OS X 10.7. There is a chance that the old remains of your HP Envy 120 drivers cause a conflict when you try to install this new printer Envy. Can I please have you follow the steps below to solve these conflicts to occur.

  Step 1: Resetting the printing system:

  To begin, I will have you reset the printing system on your Mac because it is important that we have a pleasure to work with for troubleshooting clean slate. Please click herefor instructions on how to perform the reset. When the website opens, follow the steps under 'Reset the printing system in OS X Lion'. This Reset deletes each printer on your Mac. However, it does not uninstall printers. Therefore, if use you other printers on the Mac, once the reset is complete simply make sure printers are attached via a USB cable or connected network and (+) add hide them in. do not add your HP Envy in at this time.

  Once the reset is complete, proceed to the next step.

  Step 2: Uninstall the drivers and software:

  Please click here to find out how to properly uninstall your printer. Once the site opens, select the drop-down menu 'Mac OS X v10.6, OS X v10.7, OS X v10.8 and OS X v10.9' and follow the steps to complete uninstallation. • Why can I not see the files in my Windows Explorer document library?

  I saved several PDF files in a folder in my library of documents, but I can't seen from Windows Explorer.  When I go to save another file, I can see the previous ones I saved from the browser to 'Rescue', but I don't see them anywhere else.  Why not?

  The padlock icon means that the files are not shared with others.  If you right click on the folder and choose "Share with" menu, you can remove the lock (but doing so allows anyone on your network to see your files).

  Regarding files jpeg appears not, have you tried pressing F5 to force the file to refresh?
  If this does not work, please respond and let me know.  It could be that the files are not saved to your documents, but in fact a system such as "C:\Program Files\Ancentry\" folder.

• Can not get my computer "Sleep" more (Windows 7 Home Premium - 32-bit)

• Why are images on my warped computer so this isn't on other computers?

  It's one of the images that appears 'distorted' on my computer screen. If by "distorted", I mean that the colors are a little against nature and escape... a bit like a painting of some sort...
  All of my computer equipment are working properly, and my screen does not show the distorted images with the exception of a few pictures like that given the example at the top.
  I have also updated my NVIDIA driver to the latest version and reinstall even just to be safe!
  I'm not sure about this but... I think that only PNG formats are distorted... but that is still uncertain...

  It is not the printer or even Windows 8.  It's the adobe program that installed Windows 8.  Go to Adobe and install the Adobe Download reader.  Once you have installed, you will have all the tools at your disposal at the opening of your PDF document.
