Sorry, there is a problem with Hotmail now
I was able to resovle the issue by using one of the difficulty there programs - one that reset you IE back to default settings.
I'm not sure why it worked, as my wife email worked fine but mine did not.
But all is well for now.

"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > advanced > network > storage (Cache) offline: 'clear now '.
'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".
Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).
- Makes no changes on the start safe mode window.

2. based on what site you are trying to download and install the game?
3 are logged as an administrator of the computer?Once the installation file downloaded, I would ask you right-click on it and select run as administrator and then check.
