Why is their a blue circle on my iPad to the tip of the pen

Why is there a blue circle on my iPad at the tip of the pen pressure

I write the correct answer here for the benefit of other users who have the same problem:

"This seems to be a bit of a bug (on iPad Pro usually with a pencil) in the current version of the sketch. It seems resolved by uninstalling the app, reboot the device and reinstall. Can you give that a try? (Be sure to synchronize your work before you uninstall).

A skit, which solves this problem will be in the App Store in the coming weeks. "

Thanks for the information about hotfix Sue Garibaldi !

  • Blue circle busy spinning of all time

Hi, I just bought a new laptop with Windows 7. The only thing I've changed since I bought it was the installation of the Office Package and anti-virus. They work very well and everything worked fine. All of a sudden, the busy blue circle guard turns all the time. The interesting part is that the computer works perfectly. I mean, while the circle turns blue I can work normally, but it bothers me place to continue to see this circle to let me know that the system is busy, somehow. If I let the computer stopped, with what whether it of running, nothing open and place the mouse to the center of my office, the mouse kept switching between normal and the blue circle occupied. I don't understand what could be so busy computer, but at this moment, I don't feel any lack of performance. I thought it might be a virus or something, but scanning the computer does nothing weird. I saw in the Task Manager and there is nothing weird on top of my apps too. Any idea?

    Thank you

Think about it an absolute must - manually update your drivers.

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.
    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/driverssupport/HT/driverdlmfgr.htm

Installation and update of drivers under Windows 7 (updated drivers manually using the methods
above is preferred so that the latest drivers from the manufacturer of system and device manufacturers are
    found)
    http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/43216-installing-updating-drivers-7-a.html

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
Updates, that leaves about Windows updates but it will not install the drivers that will be generally
older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it), then
get new manually if you wish.

  • Windows 7 64 bit MCE Spinning question blue circle

OS: Windows 7 64 bit on my HTPC.

MediaBrowser running inside MCE for the Organization and appearance of my HTPC

We leave the HTPC on 24/7.  If we look at a movie on the HTPC, it works perfectly.  If we close not the film down and leave running, next time we try to watch a movie or do whatever it is we get the blue circle without end ring that turns and continues to turn until we completely stop/restart the computer.  Just out of MCE and MediaBrowser does not help.  A reboot is required.  We have posted this question in the forum of MediaBrowser and they said it's a MCE/Windows problem... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello

    Thanks for asking!

When you watch movies in the HTPC (Home Theater PC), the system crashes.

The problem occurs all using the standard video option or only when you use the tile MediaBrowser?

Third-party programs may cause the problem.

To check, I suggest you to put the computer in a clean boot state and check the cause of the issue.

    Clean boot:

When the computer starts to boot, programs non-Microsoft will not be started and would avoid any interruption of their share.

    Check out the link:

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: once you are done with the boot, follow step 3 in the article to restore your computer to normal startup.

Note: If in case, you are connected via a connection wireless, and then when you start the System Configuration utility to perform the clean boot, click Startup and Services tab one time and check wireless see corresponding section are checked (enabled).

I hope this helps. If the problem persists, or if you need help with any problem of Windows to the future, let us know and we would be happy to help you.

  • Cannot fill and sign the constant blue circle on the mouse.

    Hello

I am writing today because my ticket 0188187579 have not yet been resolved. I am currently under the latest version of windows 10 that began to cause problems with Adobe Acrobat DC. This causes many problems for my end users. They were unable to save documents (disabling cloud save fixed that issue).  They are unable to sign documents. This continued blue circle NEVER goes away. We are using Adobe Acrobat DC 2015.006.30201. If I run the program as an administrator all these questions goes, but this isn't a solution for my end users. I followed all Adobe asked me to do after spending 3 hours with tech support. Their solution was to use cloud.adobe.com. But this isn't a good solution just a work around. Please help if I can get my users end operational return.

    Thank you

  • Weird with the blue circle bar appeared above the tabs

HI - last night, shortly after (not sure how long exactly) after installing Silverlight - direct on the preferred video amazon site, a strange white bar with a blue circle ringed appeared above my tabs in the browser. I do not think that it appeared directly after the installation of Silverlight, but some time later - during which I was on and off my computer - it 'appeared '...

    Here is a picture:
    http://imgur.com/WezuIoV

And a mode of incognito, that shows something, but I do not know what...
    http://imgur.com/MlhJKbt

I tried to disable the silverlight plug - nothing; I tried to play around with the Settings toolbar - nothing; then I restarted with modules disabled (in the Help menu) and it disappeared. But then when I restared in normal mode - it was always there... I need to reset (which probably do disappear, but I want to know what caused it)? Can I have some sort of bug? I'd be worried, virus (maybe it is excessive; I'm on a mac, but...)?

    Thanks for any help

I fell on this particular issue so the other day. It turned out not to be any of my extensions the cause, but instead, it was a theme called "Default Mod" (which was updated to version 28 February 27). I've downgraded to version 27.1 and the blue circle went.

EDIT: Looking at your screenshot, it seems that use you the default theme Mod as well, so it's most likely the problem.

  • After the 24 Firefox update, Windows 7 64-bit breaks on reboot. The network in the taskbar icon is not ready (blue circle stopped).

After 24 of Firefox update, Windows 7 breaks after the reboot. The network in the taskbar icon is not ready (blue circle on the wireless network icon). But I can't do much. I can't open the network and sharing Center (never opened). Even the Task Manager hangs when I click to show processes from all users. I have to do a system restore for a network working again. I never even launched Firefox.

Wow... I finally have the solution. Windows updates have been applied at the same time I updated Firefox. Bluetooth driver is what broke (which is part of the Centrino wireless). I ended up installing the latest driver from Intel, Windows Update, and then update Firefox... and all is well.

I thank very you much for all your help. Take care.

I have a laptop windows 8.  When I open my files and click on remove etc. a blue circle appears at least 10 minutes

and I can't do anything else.  It appears every time so I can't remove all files.

    Thank you

I'm afraid I don't know of an easy way to deal with this, if the problem is what I think. The fix requires that you scan the registry for shell extensions and manually find and disable the bad context menu Manager, not Microsoft. It is a bit of a process, but not horribly complicated - if you look beyond the words and just take the process step by step, I bet you can do.

For background information, the context menu is what appears when you right click on an element in the file Explorer. If there is something wrong with the context menu Manager, it will be wrong to show or be impossible to display the controls that you used to see - copy, paste, delete, etc. In your case, it is suspended and then crashing.

I found another website that describes the hotfix, but much more in detail and I hope more easy to understand. Refer to method #2.

First remove the hard drive as the culprit in the hang ups and delays. When starting the laptop type press F2 to enter the HP Diagnostics and start a test of expanses of hard drive. It can take more than 2 hours. If the test succeeds, to focus on the software. go to msconfig, Startup tab, check turn off all startup programs, click on apply. It also seems that you need to update your graphics driver. do this at hp.com http://www8.hp.com/us/en/support-drivers.html or go to the site of graphics card manufacturer. I hope that your Windows updates are also underway. You have a lot of problems, if it is not related to a hard disk problem, full recovery would solve most of them.
