Why my audio output dead missing?

I had just finished recording a friendly message left by one of my family, using a device called MobilePre USB, which allows me to route audio on my PC via a USB port. I processed the message with a software called Audacity, and the first mp3 I exported was not quite strong enough. So I changed the parameters of the project and another mp3 of output. This time when I played (using WinAmp), there was no sound at all. The audio activity in WinAmp window was active, so I knew that the file has audio content. I went back and played the first mp3. Silent. I went in WinAmp and tried a song from one of my playlists. Silent. I tried to play one of the files with iTunes. Silent (although iTunes showed flickering audio activity indicator). I checked the widows Volume Panel and it was normal. What could have happened? How to better diagnose this?

    Hello

    Method 1.
Try using a different bluetooth or use bluetooth even on another computer and check.

    Method 2.
Play the sog directly on your computer and check the output.

    Method 3.
If the same bluetooth works fine on another computer try to update the drivers bluetooth on your computer and check.

  • No Audio output device is installed... need more suggestions I already tried the solutions proposed by the Help menu.

I get the message "no Audio output device is installed" with the little thing red x in the lower right corner of my computer screen. I looked up problems and common solutions.
I uninstalled the device drivers in the menu equipment and also in the menu programs and features, after this, I restarted my computer before reinstalling.
I did it too, but instead of reainstalling manually, I plugged my audio in a different speaker and let the computer to reinstall the driver by itself.
I restarted the computer, the system restored the computer, put it to sleep, awake it save, close and let rest before restarting it.
I checked the BIOS menu and changed the sound is activated instead of auto and tried uninstalling and reinstalling my drivers with this option, but the small x is still there.
When I go into my control panel Device Manager and open the sound video and game controllers, I see my Realtek High definition audio. I open it to properties and it says it's working properly... then why my sound is not working? I've also updated the drivers and downloaded specifically on the realtek site, but no difference was filed.

The sound is working again. I went camping for 2 days and came back, and it worked. It did NOT work once again before I left, he was dead. It sounds terrible, it of quiet and fades quieter and the but it works.

None of the suggestions given here did something to help my problem. The proposed update does not work on my computer, I couldn't even download. I'll probably install a new sound card, but I would have liked your comments on this suggestion since I asked if this might be the problem several times. I'm annoyed that there was no way real and say what my problem is that after I answered engineers none of them responded to additional feedback I had given.

  • CS5, no Audio output of the Source monitor, but output OK for the program monitor

    Hi all

Any thoughts on why audio output would be audible during playback in a timeline/program monitor, but the same clip doesn't produce audio output when loading in the source monitor? In the body of CS5.

I checked the preference settings and everything seems to be fine there.  We have just added a set of external speakers to this workstation and those are the audio devices in the program monitor.  When a clip is read in the Source monitor, speakers produce a nice low hum, but the sound of the clip is missing.  The buzz that crosses leads me to believe the audio hardware is mapped and set correctly, but maybe not?

    Thanks for your thoughts?

    LIndsay

My apologies for the lack of detail... I know better than that.  Luckily I thought about it the problem.

The clip is Ikegami MXF.  The problem was that the first audio channel didn't have any audio recorded to it.  I changed the properties audio clip and disabled channel 1. Voila! The clip was loaded in the source monitor and the sound became audible.

I found the inspiration for the fix in this thread: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4324033#4324033

    Thanks for the research!

  • How to change the audio output for the metronome

    Hello

I would like to send the metronome (and speech signals) for monitors to the scene in the ear.

I understand that I can do this in MainStage using different output for the above titles vs. the rest of the 'Concert '.

I tried to follow the instructions of the Manual:

Change the audio output for the sound of the metronome

    1. Choose the MainStage > Preferences > General.
    2. In the section of metronome on the general tab, choose another audio output on the shortcut menu to exit.

    PROBLEM

    1. on the general tab, only the outputs 1-2 are available/selectable (likely, these are also by default for all "Concert")

    2. Why is this process in the manual if it is not executable (without doing something to another additional Set up)?

    3. it's probably among the requirements of setting up more critical even easier for using MainStage with a live band, so why am I having to ask for help at all!

Rant on (its been a long day)

Grateful for any help to solve cela. I guess I can send the metronome (such as a click track) and speech signals on the same outputs, which are separated from the rest of the Concert... or should I change the outputs on the other tracks and keep the outputs 1-2 for the metronome marks / voice?

Thanks in advance for all advice and my apologies for my frustration. JM

To access the output audio, you need an audio interface with several outputs.

  • Digital input to Toshiba 46TL-> no analog audio output to amplifier

    Hi all

When I connect a video source (e.g. computer laptop via DLNA) to my 46TL, output TV audio analog (red/white taken connected to an amplifier) does not work.

    It does, however, watching television.

Is it possible to configure the TV to read the audio data from digital input (HDMI/DLNA) to the analog output?

    Thank you for the help

Not quite what series of TLxxx you have, but for example the TL938 supports a digital (optical) audio output port that provides a digital audio signal.
Why n t connect the amplifier to the TV using this Jack?

Connectors for component video / audio to the rear of the TV are the ports of ENTRY and not the OUTPUT ports. So, you can send an audio signal to the TV and not the amplifier output.

  • Portege M100 - no audio output device

I recently acquired a Portege M100 1.2 ghz model no PPM1DE-0000Y-EN. The hard drive had been cleaned, so I installed Windows XP with Service Pack 3. I don't have a utility Toshiba and driver CD.

For the moment, my main problem is that there is no sound and I get messages of "no audio output device. I can watch a DVD but once again his silence as the internal speakers do not work. I am a novice, so if you have any tips please try to not do not technical but in simple terms that I can understand. There are probably a number of questions that I haven't discovered yet IE Power Saver, etc. without wire.

I think you're missing the SOUNDMAX program to render sounds. At least that's what I had with my M200, but apparently M100 and M200 are quite similar. Installed SOUNDMAX SE will solve the problem. The easiest way is probably to get a sort of utility CD.

And it's probably the only one too. Even if make you it work without, you always end up without the other Toshiba Utilities (which can be quite crucial, as power saving, ability to use the buttons and the FN keys, possibility to use the touchpad, etc..).

  • Satellite Pro C indicates "no Audio output device.

Why my his party and my display PC No. Audio Output device?

Have had the laptop for only a week and tried to reinstall the driver through troubleshooting, but it says there is a problem and the driver does not install? Someone else had a similar problem?

Well well, great you found this forum and you want to ask for help, but don't you think there should be more talk about possible solutions?

    What system you are using?
What model of laptop do you have exactly?
Have you ever tried to retrieve the device using the Toshiba recovery options?

  • Portege M600 - noise - No. audio output device

I have a little problem with my Toshiba M600 too, it was fine until now, sometimes available noise, sometimes "no audio output device. Initially, I thought it was a driver problem that I cannot solve the earlier. So I thought to go ahead with the installation of Windows 7 to replace Windows Vista, I erase any of the recovery partition just a main. After that's done, the audio problem persist.

I tried all of this, using windows generic drivers, Toshiba drivers for Windows 7 and Vista. Latest audio driver of the brand audio, the most recent to the old. Formatted several times, all done. Even made a full recovery of the system to the original with the recovery disk configuration, some time, sound works and sometimes does not.

I can conclude that it's a hardware problem and not the driver.

    Just my 2 cents.

Strange. Very strange, I think it could be a hardware problem I m thinking about question motherboard because the sound chip is part of the mobo.
If the problem persists even using the Toshiba Recovery then drive a hardware problem is more possible as only a software problem
In addition, it is difficult to say which could be bad, since this question is not always, but sometimes only, which means that it would be difficult to reproduce this problem

and that's why I think that this could be a mobo problem

  • Re: Satellite a series - error message "No Audio output device" installed

The small icon in the lower right corner that normally allows you to control the sound settings now appear with a red X next to it, and when I move the mouse over it I get the message above "No Audio output device" installed I have absolutely no idea why this happens suddenly, but I noticed a couple of weeks, and then a few days later, when I turned on the laptop, the sound was back to normal.

Now, I have this message again-, it seems it's random... sometimes when I turn on the machine it is ok, other times I get the above message. I touch any of the settings ever as I am a non-technical person, so have no idea why this is happening suddenly. I tried simply to reboot the machine, but it does not (today).

My machine is a portable satellite. If you ve of suggestions as to how I can just get my sound back to normal (i.e. in the background, something not not to even think to, it works just as you would expect), please posting a reply. Warranty service was going to get paid for their time. I'm sure it's a very simple solution and I would appreciate greatly any help you can give me.

Thanks yo a lot for your time in reading this.

    Hello!

Say please use this Satellite phone you have exactly? If you look at the Toshiba site, you can see that there are a lot of Satellite phones, A market with a different hardware configuration.

And you are using Windows XP or Vista? If you are using XP, you must install hotfixes for devices high definition Audio:

  • Satellite U300-11V - there is sometimes no audio output

I need help with my laptop Satellite U300-11v,

I was faced with the Audio device driver problem, sometimes there is no audio output, and then back after a reboot or put to sleep the laptop, its been like a movement of the audio device. where he sometimes lacks the driver, could you give me a hint on this problem?

I had downloaded the latest version of the driver and installed but remains in the same State.

    Hello!

What operating system do you use?
Using the preinstalled operating system or another version?

It's not easy to say which is the reason why, but make sure that you have installed the latest SP for your operating system and all updates. You can check this by using the Windows Update.

In addition, I would recommend updating BIOS. You can find it on the Toshiba site.

    Good bye

  • Apple TV4 lack of Audio output - answers

I was put off initially buy the new TV4 Apple because Apple dropped to the audio output optical, and well as my HDMI home cinema projector I needed to split the audio because it has no audio capability.

    I found 2 solutions:

First the J-Tech Digital 3 Port HDMI/MHL Audio Extractor & switch.  This does 2 things.

    1. he split the audio and provided an optical port.

    2. in my case the projector had a single HDMI input so it allows me to pass via the Apple TV to my cable box remote control.

The only problem I saw is that you need turn on the setting of the video release of the Apple TV auto to one of the other settings to avoid offshore of colors.

J - Tech also sells a cheaper model separator if you don't need the decision-making of HDMI 2.

Second, it turns out that in these same setting menus, you can actually direct the release of the Apple TV wireless to the other pair of audio speakers.  Since I have an Airport Express already put in place for Airplay, I might have just chosen.  The only reason why I keep the separator is that I need the video sharing.

I hope this helps as anyone holding back buy the new Apple TV, because it's pretty impressive.  I've owned every generation of the first and it's the best.

I only wanted to help Apple would have been able to offer these suggestions when I called and asked them solutions specifically about my problem and how it kept my purchase.

    Update:

    My installation works perfectly.

I figure out the color off I saw what initially set up the projector with the ATV4 was the projector and not the ATV4.

When I added the cable for installation box I saw the color out of it, but by changing the color profile in the projector, it became perfect.  This allowed me to go back and forth the ATV to the automobile and both give a perfect color.

If you just need the optical output to buy the optical splitter J-tech on Amazon for $19.99.

I bought the model with the added feature of you allowing to have 2 HDMI inputs and switch between them.

  • 'No Audio output device is enabled' updates immediately after Manual HP dv7-7010us

HP Pavilion dv7-7010us (HP Product Page)
    Windows 7, 64-bit

I want to install a new game on my computer and the game launcher.exe told me there's an update for my video drivers. For some reason, I can't get updated driver from HP Web site directly and not AMD (which, on a side note, is a bit confusing to me know why). After seeing how many updates are available for my computer (here), I decided to update many of them. Here is a list of the updates I have downloaded and installed.

That said, at the end of all updates and all the restarting of the past, I boot my laptop and notice the lack of opening of a session of his. Looking at the system tray, there is, indeed, a mini icon 'X' on the volume icon. With the mouse hovering over him, he bed "no Audio output device is enabled" by clicking on it, the computer tries to set up the problem and the problem it finds is the following: "Audio device is disabled."

That's about the extent of my knowledge of what is happening.
Looking in the Device Manager, under "Audio, video and game controllers", there are three elements that follows:
    AMD High Definition Audio Device
    CyberLink WebCam driver virtual
    IDT High Definition Audio CODEC

Thank you in advance for your help and cooperation in this area.

    List of installed updates:
-IDT high definition (HD) Audio driver
    -AMD driver, graphics, high-definition (HD)
    -Synaptics TouchPad Driver
    -Realtek card reader driver
