Why my cursor won't move on the login screen, how to solve this problem?

Hello, I have a problem connect now. I have an ACER 1420 G, everything works fine but when I boot up it seems normal until it gets to the screen I want to click on my user name, enter my password and login. MY CURSOR is Stuck, frozen, Imoblilized from here and I can't move it to select my user at this point. I can work around this F8 startup and select "disable driver signature enforcement". From there, it is normal, I can move the cursor and it's normal, allowing me to point and click user, enter the password and go from there. I have Windows 7, all my updates on all software including Windows. I would try to avoid reinstalling the OS from scratch. I checked the drivers on the mouse and they say the best choice, up to date and working properly, no way to get it back, either.  System Restore didn't help because once restored, I'll forward installation updates, it gets stuck again... It started last week with the updates to Windows Update on 10/02/15, but I did a stupid thing and turned off the PC for updates in the middle of the installation, THEN I also used SlimCleaner registry cleaner, sometimes delete important data? I use a Logitech mouse M510, which is wireless and it works perfectly. I do not think that the mouse or its interface is the problem. Any suggestions or support at all would be so appreciated. I can't find this problem and especially solutions that work on the web, I have reasearched and Microsoft community was trying to help me too, but no result... Thank you!
