  If it is disabled for security reasons: If your identifier Apple is locked - Apple supports (disconnect you, then back in anywhere after reset)

  If that is not set then contact technical support for your country and see if they can / will reactivate

The fan just starts to turn on the very high speed - for example this moment is 6500 rpm and it is not slowing down. The thing is that this almost never happened on Yosemite - only when playing the computer games with slightly better graphics. I installed Mac Fan Control and could set the speed of the fan to certain level manual but I fear that it will harm my computer.

  Does anyone know any fix to this problem? Any way to adjust the speed of the fan? [p.s. the battery also takes in charge the system much shorter time under El Capitan than before under Yosemite]. What the * Apple?

When I execute the code without affecting processors only 128 call loop runs at the same time, however when I attribute a different processor to each of them (0-255) then only 4 runs at the same time.   Windows?  If this is the case, don't bother with call loops.  They add overhead and you're very unlikely to get something from him.  Even basic affinity rarely helps.  Normal just use While loop with a ms funtion in here waiting.
