I have Airport Extreme base ME91899/A and two Airport Express units model A1392 bolt torque.  I set up the Airport Extreme unit and the network first.  I was able to see the Airport utility. I then added each airport express unit. They were also visible. Then I added back the ability of Mac to the Airport extreme unit, and now it is no longer visible in the Airport utility.  Why is this?

  Apple has problems much time with iCloud. Turn off Back to My Mac across your airport routers and then shut down and restart the entire network.

  We will have to wait for a fix from Apple.

  I must say first that I use w2000 SP5. It is a clean install, with no male ware. I understand that the OS is not supported. But, my other computer has a motherboard defective and unable to replace it now.

  I use the latest version of Firefox, which was available for w2000, (ver 11.0)

  I modified Firefox plugins UPDATE NO. (Because only; the new plugins work in W2000. Firefox 11.0)

  I installed the latest version of Flash which works also in W2000. (fp_10.1.102.64_and_9.0.289.0_archive)

  All works as usual. No crashes. No problems.

  Except, the installation disappears as magically as a Firefox plugin.

  She disappears in 3 or 4 times a day. Usually after I open Firefox, a few hours later.

  But it is still in the list of programs installed on the computer.

  I was re - install every time, which is VERY annoying.

  I also disabled Flash to automatic updates.

  There must be something that is checked to install a new version, and the removal of my current install.

  But I'm not.

  I tried several versions of flash, and all do the same thing.

  Firefox should find the Flash plugin via the registry key.

  Try to create a plugins folder in the current Firefox profile folder and copy the NPSWF32. DLL and the file flashplayer.xpt into the plugin folder.

  You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:

  • Help > troubleshooting information > profile directory: opens showing the file

  Have you tried disabling blocklisting and delete the blocklist.xml existing in the folder of Firefox application and the current Firefox profile folder?

  You already have the answer yourself.

  "The two region" can only hold x number of icons... Let's say 7.
  If you later open a 8th program, among the list of 7 will be "hit.
  I opened Windows DVD Maker. Later, I opened MS Excel. Windows DVD is moved from the list.

  If you have switched to OSX 10.11.0 (first version of El Capitan) then there is a problem with auvaltool and a few 3rd party AUs does not validate. It's been fixed in 10.11.1, but to FCPX, there is another step, you need to take.

  In your user folder > library > Preferences, find com.apple.audio.InfoHelper.plist and trash. Restart FCPX. FCPX should rebuild this list to THE and your AUs should pass verification.

  There was a new version of Windows Live Mail that came on the back in April that caused some people (including yours truly) problems.  The solution is to save your email and contacts, uninstall Windows Live Mail, and then download and install again.  You can export your emails and contacts to CSV format and you can download Windows Live Mail from

  Emails regularly disappear sometimes less than an hour to be received in my Inbox. I am able to recover through 'search' as much as I know what I'm looking for.

  If the location is not your junk/spam mail folder and that you have no message filters, then my first suspicion is that you accidentally drag / drop these emails.

  Do you use a touch pad on a laptop? According to my experience as a computer tech, accidental actions with a touch-pad can be common with some people and a lot of frustration.

  From your post, I understand that old emails are deleted after a month. This can be due to behaviors of the mailbox defined for your iCloud account.

  The following article explains how to look at these settings. My suspicion is that the section "permanently erase deleted messages when:" is set at one month old.
