  @Chris @ Neudesic - you 323 files and 2107 files in the Archive at https://assets.adobe.com/files?filter=archive. You can restore all the items in the Archive. Elements were not archived from the web application active CC. Please follow the instructions of Lin He post above and send your log files to the Core Sync team. They will be able to help solve why the elements are found in the Archive.

  5 Lightroom removed a bunch of photos of my library and I can't understand why. They still exist in the same place in my system, but not in the LR.  I had to re-import them, but none of my changes remain.  How can I fix?

  By default, LR stores all changes in catalog file. Once that the images were removed from the catalogue all changes made previously are lost. Then I suggest to start writing the changes in an XMP file. This is a setting in the catalog settings tab in metadata check "writing changes automatically to XMP.

  I have no idea as to why these images have been removed from the catalog. I personally have never had this happen. The only time where images are deleted from the catalog is when I delete them and at that time I also remove it from my hard drive.

  Make sure that you do not print in a file selected and the correct printer is selected. You can see these settings in the "native print dialog" window when you do {Ctrl + P}.

  A few possibilities:

  1 > you click with the right button on the files and chose to remove them from Lightroom.

  2 > you have created a new catalog, and records that are not part of another catalog.

  Each of these scenarios seem like they could be a possibility?
