Why my web form will not be saved in case history?

I have a knowledge of beginner/intermediate of the web forms so that any help would be appreciated so so.

I have worked on a web form and had made some changes to it recently.  Now when I send the web form in the secure area and check the history of the case in the box account, nothing there?  Nothing is stored in the CRM either.

When the URL is: /users/customer-agreement? EID = 10289721 & CID = 1442781 it does not work

When the URL is: / users/customer agreement it works!

If something to do with the case ID?

There is a simple reason for this.

  1. When a customer registers on a Web site, they register with [email protected]
  2. If the customer fills out a form located in the secure area when you are connected with [email protected], they will have to use the same email address to make sure that their Userid (UID) is captured and case identification (CID) can be created.
  3. If you look at the HTML code of your form, you will notice that your form captures a UID and a CID.

    It is difficult to say for sure without looking at the file, but the fact that it is to show that the signature is not allowed is a good indication that the document is not compatible drive.

    What is the error when you try to open any xps file?     Lately, I noticed that I could record is no longer a webpage via Internet Explorer 7. I thought it had something to do with the release of the new version, IE 8. Finally, I installed IE 8, thinking that the problem could be solved, but whenever I try to save a Web page, still appears the message "this Web page could not be saved.". I also remember that it used to be something like "this webpage could not be saved because one of the files is missing" or similar, when I still had IE 7. I tried to save .mhtml using another browser, and there was no problem.

    What could be the problem then? If my computer has been infected by a virus/malware, etc.? Or only what setting I need to change (but I doubt it)?

    How can I solve this problem? (I really prefer IE 7 or 8 on other browsers).

    Thanks for posting your question on the Microsoft answers Forum.

    (1) uninstall IE8 since you were still presenting the same issue with IE7.

    (2) check if you have active modules. If you do, then try with disabled modules.
    Go to IE, click on tools, then click on Manage Add-ons, this will show if the modules are on or off. To temporarily disable all add-ons:
    Click the Start button, click principally made programs, accessories, click System Tools, and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

    (3) If you are still not able to save, you have User Account Control (UAC) turned on?
    If you disable UAC, you are able to save a web page?
    To disable UAC, go to start, Control Panel, Security Center, choose other security settings.
    Expand the arrow to the right and you see the user account control. If it is selected, clear and
    try to save a page again.

    4) go in Mode safe mode with networking and see if you can save a page. If Yes, then another program or software is interfering and not allowing you to save a page IE.

    -Restart your computer and start pressing F8 on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured to start to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when you see the boot menu.
    -When the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, select Safe Mode, and then press ENTER.
    -Log on to Windows by using the administrator account or any account of a user with administrator privileges.

    NOTE: In Safe Mode, your display system and the Bureau will look and perform differently than in Normal Mode. This is only temporary. To return the system to Normal mode, we can simply restart the computer.

    I know that with AVG, you must visit the AVG site to install an uninstall program to remove the program... seems absurd, I know, but that's what's happening with AVG... I don't know if something similar should be done with Norton... but you should be able to disable it... right click that the Norton icon in the tray and you should see options, which will be disable IT are other ways, I don't know, but I haven't used Norton.

    Check if your firewall is turned on and prevents access to certain Web sites.
    I don't know what software has been installed, but I guess you m Vista firewall is running and other form of Symantec settings that can affect the connection too!

    I have a form with radio buttons and text boxes. According to the selection of the option button, I'll put the visibility (presence) of the text boxes. It works very well and the text boxes are hidden or display as required.     Users don't need to make any changes.

  • Some Web sites will not load

    Some websites will not load or partially charge and will be usually just load the site title and nothing else and will have a spinning wheel at the top which will not stop.
    They tend to work on FF before, but no more.

    Also, when I click on another link or something like that it will show the whole page as it is supposed to be for the duration it takes to switch the clicked link. I can, for example, (though I'm pretty fast) click on another link and then cancel it and I'll be able to see the page (in some really weird stuff).

    I read something about Java Script doing this problem, I turned off Java script and I could see some of the sites, but Needless to say that certain features of the Web site are lost.
    Happens on websites very little well but still enough to annoy me. I don't like not only 2 or 3 sites from switching browsers.

    I'm sure it has something to do with Java Script, but was not able to understand that even after reading some of the questions here.

    Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe

    You can check for problems with preferences.

    Delete possible user.js and files numbered prefs-# .js and rename (or delete) the file prefs.js to reset all the prefs by default, including the prefs set via user.js and pref which is no longer supported in the current version of Firefox.
