  I am a beginner.   To start to figure it out, go to settings > cellular and made scroll down to see which applications are using a large amount of data. Disable cellular data for those who use a lot without reason you can think and see if this will have an impact.

  Try the settings/iCloud and remove the synchronization. Wait a few minutes and then resynchronize.
